APA Hotel TKP Sapporo Eki-Kitaguchi Excellent

The location is perfect to access anywhere.

After flush the toilet, tank refill is very noisy.

Had a great time. Would stay again!

The WiFi was really slow, there was a lack of breakfast choices and the aircon couldn’t be set by custom temperature.

Convenient, near train station, there are convenience stores beside it. Room was really spacious

Doesn’t give complimentary water

Clean and new facility, friendly and responsive staff

Very nice and helpful female front staff

Men’Outdoor onsen under repair

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, many convenient stores nearby

Not close to Sapporo JR station

Location

No Air Conditioning. Have to open window in hot weather which resulted in traffic noise during sleep time.

Spacious room.

1. Public areas eg. Elevator not clean?2. Either have at least a foreigner (speaks English - a universal language) at the front reception shifts.3. My asigned room looks abit not well kept well (lota of scratchers marks around in the bathroom).4. Beds abit too soft.5. Maybe time for renovation update.

The location was great. Walking distance of 8-10 min away from Sapporo Station. One train ride away from CTS airport. On the 9th floor there is a public bath, which I did not get to enjoy, but my friends came back with raving reviews.

We only stayed for 2 nights.

Room size is more spacious compared to other hotels. We loved the breakfast!!!

Breakfast is only until 10am. We were there 5 minutes past 10 as we came 10 minutes before 10 thinking that breakfast is until 11. We felt that they were hurrying up to leave. It is still quite far from odori station and veery far from sapporo station. If you are visiting Mt Moiwa, then this is more convenient as you can ride the tram 2 blocks away from the hotel. Next to Tanukikuji Market which is a plus!

Conveniently located near JR Sapporo. Room service was great too

I was surprised the room was on the first floor. Coin laundry was inconvenient on 9th floor.

The size of the room in this APA Hotel is quite spacious compared to the other APA Hotel we stayed before in Osaka. The location of this hotel is also situated in a more quiet neighborhood and can be reached on foot via the North Exit of the Sapporo train station. As for the breakfast bundled with the rate of our hotel room, we enjoyed the daily Japanese style breakfast for the whole duration of our stay.

Minor comment about the temperature of the water that comes out from the sink and shower faucets. It needs to be adjusted manually between the hot and cold faucet knobs before achieving the desired temperature.

Good for solo and couple who travel. It has all the basic amenities you need plus its clean

The bath on the top floor was a pleasant surprise for us. The cleaning personnel was very nice.

Unfortunately, they couldn't offer any extra beds/ baby cot for children. So, it is maybe not the ideal place if you travel with family. ( Although the breakfast buffet had high chairs.)

The beds were very comfortable.

We got only 3 pillows, although there were 4 people in our group. The bath tub was also very small.

Room - clean and spaciousLocation - very close to family mart, lawson and train station

NA

The room was spacious

Nothing, it was late and raining when we arrived, took a little bit longer to find, was not the hotels fault.

Staff were good. We were helped when we explained that I had a foot injury.

Carpet was very worn.

Clean room & quiet environment. Counter staff very friendly & helpful.

Very friendly & helpful counter staff. I like the environment (clean, quiet).
