Hotel Vista Sapporo Nakajima Koen

We stayed during one of the coldest season, train station is around 3-5 min walk across the street, close to the park! Room is very spacious, bright and clean.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. They helped us book a restaurant. Hotel is close to train station and park.

The room was quite comfortable, and even if small, it was ok for one person but might be tight for 2. The location is quite convenient with bus direct from airport 5min away, the park just around the corner and the main central area in walking distance. The staff was nice and luggage could be stored after check-out.

Bed too hard for my liking, hotel room small but well appointed. Clean.

Great location next to a massive park - only a train stop or two from the centre of Sapporo

Just around the corner, there is a nice park. The location is a 20 minute walk from the city center.

The room is poorly designed. The shower area is disproportionately large compared to the rest of the space. The sink could definitely be placed inside the shower room to create more space for a wardrobe. There is no proper storage for organizing your belongings. The breakfast is expensive, and the pillows are uncomfortable. Overall, it doesn’t offer good value for money.

Location is excellent if you just want to enjoy playing in the snow. It is near Nakajima park/ Nakajima station/ Seicomart (where you can buy inexpensive food)/ walking distance from Lawson and Family Mart.The staff are friendly and would greet you even though they are busy and tired. The room service/ cleaner is also polite and hard working. The amenenities were working fine as expected and we did not have a hard time.Although the televesion does not have cable. It has regular TV shows/ no english shows but the internet would help you with that problem. The internet is fast and reliable.15minute walk going to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and 5-10minute walk to Susukino (red light district). The location 20-30minutes away from Odori Park but subway/ train would help.

I think the downside of the location was if you’re bringing along children under 2-3 years old it wont be kid friendly or if you are bringing along your elderly folks it would be a problem since the location is far from Ningle Terrace Furano/ Moerenuma Park/ Hill of the Buddha/ Takino Suzuran Hillside Park/ Otaru etc you should join a group tour for that because DIY is difficult…. but if your main preference is just to stay around the area because there’s tons of snow it wont be a problem. The location is excellent, would gladly book again.

The area was walking distance to Susukino area/ Sapporo station. Breakfast bagle was cute.

There was no coin laundry in the hotel.

Slightly small but it's enough to open a luggage. Can't complain.

Great location with 3 kombinis across the road and access to the subway. You can easily walk to the city centre from here too.

There seemed to only be a single microwave that we could use that was downstairs in the lobby/dining/lounge area and no bins to use when we were finished.

Excellent staff, incredibly helpful. The staff helped us with all of our queries and helped us book taxi's. They even made sure we made it to our next destination, OK.We stayed for the snow festival and found the location very good for this purpose.

Only negative was that the beds were quite hard, which we found uncomfortable.

Some condensation in the room in winter. I could feel a cold draft coming through gaps in the window but the room was never too cold even with the heater off.

This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station at a peaceful pace. Nakajima Park is also nearby, offering a stunning white winter view during our daily walks to the station.There are several convenience stores (konbini) in the area, making snacks easily accessible. Additionally, Muslim-friendly restaurants are within walking distance or just a few stations away.Though not very spacious, the room was comfortable and sufficient for two adults and one child. It was well-equipped with robes, slippers, a hairdryer, and other basic amenities. We particularly appreciated the strong shower water pressure and the bidet toilet, which enhanced hygiene and convenience. The body wash and shampoo had a pleasant scent, adding to the overall comfort. Towels were replaced daily.The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly and assisting with any inquiries.Overall, we had a wonderful stay, adding another cherished memory to our time in Japan.

Front desk folks were very kind and helpful for planning out my time in Sapporo. Sending out laundry was economical and came back on time.

Nakajima park is super close and a wonderful place to "hang out". Wish I had known about it sooner to spend more time there.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Sapporo. While the location near Nakashima Park Station (just three subway stations from Sapporo Station) was convenient, it's important to note that the hotel is not as close to Sapporo Station as the description on Booking.com suggests. The listing says it's on the south side of Sapporo Station, but the actual distance requires daily subway rides, which is fine if you're okay with commuting.

There was no breakfast offered, and unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the room arrangement. I had expected a lake-view room, but I was given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a parking lot instead. This was not what I had in mind when booking, so it was a bit of a letdown.

It's a bit small for 2 pax.. we have to place 1 luggage btw the beds.

I choose the hotel because of the big desk in the room (perfect for remote working)The room was comfortable and clean.I loved that I could open the window instead of using only aircon

Breakfast choice was limited (I didn't really mind)There was no laundry machine in the property (but a great coin laundry 5 minutes away)
