I was unaware that the booking I made for for a smoking room. We couldnt change it as there was nothing else available. We needed a taxi from the hotel to the train station with all of our luggage including ski gear but there was nothing available so we had to walk 2kms to station in the snow with our suitcases etc.

Friendly, helpful and exceptional staff. Easy, intuitive check in & check out process. Very accommodating to every need. Meals are very delicious too!Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and, snow festival

We liked everything!

The location was great. About a 10 minute walk straight up from the train station. We booked last minute because there were no more trains for the night going to Niseko. Booking was easy and check-in was fast.

Very flat pillows, but the bed was comfortable!

The female housekeeping agent, who appears to be from India, has a very strong body odor that makes the entire hallway smell unpleasant and even makes me feel nauseous. This is not acceptable to have someone like her working in guest rooms, as the guests' rooms will also carry her body odor. Additionally, the bathroom has a strong urine smell.

Location, staff and super clean! Budget friendly and value for the money! Will come back this hotel for sure!!

Shopping right beside the hotel at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Also, a lot of eateries to choose from. Spoilt with choices. Odori station is within walking distance. Nice hotel. Definitely will come back again.

The location was excellent. It is of walking distance to JR Sapporo station (about 20 minutes of walk underground) or you may take the subway and ride one station to Odori. The entrance at the back of the hotel is at the shopping street Tanukikouji and opposite to the hotel is a Donki store which operates 24 hours. A great hotel at snow festival as it is easily accessible to the snow festivals at Odori park and at Susukino.

The location was a great bonus as we were travelling with old folks, this is one of the main factor we chose this hotel. It is also near to shopping area which is just a few steps away .As we were travelling in winter season , it is really a great bonus as we can avoid/ minimize the coldness in the open space. Will surely chose to stay here if I were to travel to Sapporo again.

The location is superb, across with mega dongi which open 24hrs and 7eleven shop moreover near the airport bus liner to new chitose airport (S32: Abest hotel)

No amenities for cover my hair and staff cannot speak english fluently it might hard for communicate but anyway they are kind and genuine

The sound proofing is not the best we could hear the next room’s tv like really loud

Convenient location, room had everything we needed. Parking was a short drive away with plenty of lots. We had to figure out the instructions for the complimentary parking but the management staff at the parking lot were also very helpful and probably used to people getting confused with the tickets.

Some of the staff were not that fluent in English so when we had slightly more complex questions, it was a little challenging but overall everything else went smoothly and they also tried their best to help.
