Booked through Booking.com. Sent 3 messages through booking to register for an airport shuttle and didn’t receive any reply. Only got a reply when I sent an email that I found in another website, and then the shuttle was already full.

The breakfast is good.Free shuttle service is really helping.Staff is good and prepare to assist.

Room is toooooo small to accommodate even a mid size luggage.Not even fit to stay 2 people even in twin room sharing.

Shared air conditioning

We only stayed here for one night, and we booked it because it's close to the airport. That said, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are nice and spacious enough, and the hotel as a super nice public bath facility. The buffet style breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

I had never stayed at a Route Inn property before, but I will definitely be staying in the future! The breakfast is simply best-in-class, and the public bath area is fabulous. The "single" bed was very comfortable, and larger than I expected. The location in Chitose is super convenient, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I spent the duration of my return flight to Tokyo going through their directory to look for other Route Inn properties I want to stay at, and found at least a dozen!

Location is convenient, just 5 min walk to Chitose JR station, and there is a famous Toriyaki restaurant cross the street.

There is no water fountain machine in the public bath area which is quite unusual for hotels with public bath facility, room is a bit small but fair for the price.

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are nice. The breakfast is delicious.

The onsen can used by 5 to 10 people.

The location is good.

The facilities are old. My room was musky and stuffy.

The breakfast was very good with lots of different selection to choose from. I also love that the bath was open till 2am & opened at 5am. As a family with small children we could escape to get our relax time in whist they slept.

They don’t have knives to use for eating at the buffet only butter knife, chopsticks, spoon & folk

Conveniently close to Chitose Station with connection to the airport, but the hotel also offered a free shuttle service (requires reservation). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.

The ladies' baths were on a separate floor, and they had a "shampoo bar" with a variety of different shampoos and conditioners. Car parking attendants were very nice.

We couldn't change the temperature in the room. It was set to 28°c in summer. It was so humid that our books and paper started crumpling over night.The bed was hard and the pillows smelled bad.The water temperature in the room was difficult to balance (hot and cold). It was very challenging to bathe.

Close to airport

Room booking description was not clearly defined whether it is a smoking or non-smoking room. We were told only smoking room was left available. Booked mainly because there’s free airport transfer but turns out it is very limited seats and limited timing only and my group were still able to get some space but had to be split in two different timing trips.

Hotel was a short walk from the train station. They had a free Japanese style buffet breakfast but the restaurant was not open at any other time. Only source for food were the vending machines on the first floor.

Hotel looked a little run down. Many scuff marks on the walls from either shoes or luggage. No close restaurants in the area so your food choices are vending machines.

The hotel breakfast here is amazing. Best one I had in my 10 day Japan trip. Location is great. Nice to have parking available on-site too

Communication about the shuttle to the airport was inferior. Had to find it for myself. I would have thought when I booked a taxi for the next morning to take me there a mention of the excellent free shuttle service could have been brought up.Bed was extremely firm.

Close by to Chitose station a 5 minute walk.Clean room with nice pillow and blanket. Bathhouse was great. Great friendly staff which assisted in my queries

My card had to reset 4 times as it suddenly stopped working until the manager realised something was wrong and swapped cards for me.

Great breakfast. Great onsen. Main reason for us to book this hotel was the available free shuttle service to New Chitose airport, and that was very good and on time. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was surprisingly happen to be the most satisfying hotel experience during our entire trip in Japan!
