Comfortable for 4-5 persons with very spacious room

Nice location and the room was pretty big with two full beds.

The direct lighting was rather annoying when relaxing as there was no indirect light sources so the lights were right in your face.Also the natural light was almost non existent as the building next door was merely an arms length away and did not allow much sun to filter in.

Great quality stay near Odori park and Miyoshi shrine. Good breakfast buffet, fresh towels and water every day, good sized room with air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast.

The hotel is quite new, we stayed at the old wing though. We booked 3 triple rooms for family trips. Room is good enough for us. They do not provide daily cleaning,but they provide fresh towels and lounge wear upon request. Buffet breakfast is good. The location is great, around 3 minutes walk to Tanukikoji street (Lane 7) and train stations. The hotel is also surrounded by convenient stalls.

The public bath is good enough, but after bath space is a bit small for so many guest.

Lovely hotel with sauna, cold plunge and onsen. We stayed in the premium maisonette room and it was very spacious for 4 people, having 2 bathrooms and a nice lounge area to chill out together. The pj’s were very comfortable too. Great location and price!

Breakfast was nice. The room was clean.

The layout of the room made it hard to open suitcases and also access the doors/bathroom. Not easily accessible with a stroller but not too bad.

An innovative breakfast where everything is local and from Hokkaido. The onsen was relaxing too. The bedrooms were of a decent size by Japanese standards.

Staff members are so awesome! I really appreciated everything about it. The room is spacious and the onsen was just perfect! There are amenities you can get from the lobby if you need more. I hope to use this hotel again and I really enjoyed this place as the first hotel in Sapporo.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro but there is an airport shuttle bus stop (like 150 meters) away so look before you come to Sapporo! :)

Very central and convenient.The 9th floor bath was very relaxing and nice.The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious.

The room was a little bit too small. No shower caps for guests. Maybe to protect the environment?

Newly refurbished hotel

Requested for check out at 1200 noon but was rejected even during low season.Housekeeping not daily. We stayed fir 3 nights but no housekeeping done.

The location is two blocks (10 min walk) to the airport bus stop, which is the easiest way to get to airport. Close to odori shopping street, the hotel is 2 mins away from end of section 7(last section)

There is no ramp from hotel entrance to front desks. They are all stairs, outside to inside one set about 10 steps then inside to front desk about another 10. They tried to put up a mobility ramp but it’s so weird and flimsy even hard for suitcases. Fundamental design flaw.Front desk ok. Nothing particularly exceptional in terms of interaction.Amenities are self serve which happens at most Japanese hotels now unless you stay at high end ones.We were allocated a room from the main building, the hotel is old and barely has any maintenance done to it. It’s old tattered and tired. They have an annex building and that one looks newer though we don’t know how the rooms look there.Upon entering the room I was disappointed, it has an odd stale smell to it, our room is what they called the marionette room that has two levels. Beds are on upper and living downstairs. Paint chips everywhere. But I fijnd out where the smell comes from it’s the air condition downstairs. It’s full of gunk and dust which looks like it’s never cleaned. We turned off the aircon immediately and only turn the one on upstairs with the purifier on whole time.Bathroom is disgusting. I saw hair on the shower curtain, the worst was there was urine on the toilet seat when we haven’t even used the room yet. I have to sanitise the toilet. Sink has paint chips, basically again worn and old and dirty.Housekeeping is only once every 3 days. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get housekeeping the day before we leave. We out used towels in a bag, then they swap out clean towels.I don’t know if we were supposed to do this but rubbish accumulates so 3 days clean up is insane so we tied up the bag and leave it outside with the towels. They do get removed and give us a new rubbish bag every time. Other rooms seem to do the same as well but they didn’t specify if that’s how it should be or not.You can collect drip coffees from the amenities bar but they also have a coffee machine down at the lobby.

nothing I dislike

The public bath/sauna is a must whenever comes to selecting a hotel in Japan. It is big enough with relaxing area wich equipped with massage chair n TV.The 3 bed room is specious in comparison with other tiny room in Japan.Breakfast was decent and good value, with very fresh and plenty of selections including western and Japanese styles. Coffee was good.

Not enough accessibility for people carry big luggages

Clean room and comfortable bed. Bath tub with jacuzzi and Complimentary coffee is a plus.

Noisy air con. Sound proofing is bad. Can hear people walking upstairs. The timing for the complimentary coffee should start earlier in the morning and the coffee machine should be in a more obvious location.
