Sapporo View Hotel Odori Park

A smoking room was booked by mistake however they changed it right away as we were traveling with our kids.

Staff was very nice.

The manager, was awesome and very understanding and helpfull

Great hotel, great staff, and perfect location

Amazing location, right next to Odori park and nearby to the subway. Friendly and professional staff, good facilities with coin operated laundry available too. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable

Nothing, all was good

Great location and breakfast menu was awesome

Wish the snack bar had more options for food purchases

Easily accessible via the underground pedestrian walkway. The hotel sits at the heart of Odori Park, where the Ice Festival will be held.

The food served in the lounge tends to be repetitive.

Location was perfect! I love that there is a laundry area in the hotel! There is a locker area for our baggage in the basement and it was free. I love that it was across Sapporo Beer Garden and Odori Park!

Location is great. It is near Susukino and train station and right across Odori Park. Chuo Airport Bus Limousine drops off directly from the airport to the hotel. Good breakfast.

The cleaners doesn’t dust off the room when cleaning. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was very dusty despite daily cleaning

Great location and comfortable rooms with the Odori Park View.

This is the best accommodation during my 2 weeks trip in Japan. I really like the coziness and how warm the room during my stay even without AC on. The water temperature in the bathroom is also already adjusted to be not too cold and too hot, just lukewarm enough to take a bath. The mindfulness of the staffs in preparing this is perfect. And mini robot in the lobby is a plus side as well :))

Not much on this. One thing that I may feel a little bit miss would be the view from my room. I was expecting that I will get the view to the Odori park in clear view, but unfortunately didn't get this, probably due to room availability :(But overall, it was a good stay during my first trip to Sapporo :)

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

No room service or bar area. Also a 5 star hotel should have a bigger restaurant with a large selection of evening meals.

Modern and beautiful hotel next to Odori Park. Good view on the park from our room. Very clean.Lounge available in the afternoon and evening with complimentary snacks and rinks.

Room was a bit small for two people.

Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Not sure what it was but my husband and my son developed a rash on the body when they return to the hotel every time. The room was extremely hot even with the windows opened and heat off.

Best location ! It’s just across Odori park and a few minutes walk to shopping street

Perhaps the can consider having a water refilling station (drinking water)

Nice view

Noise in rooms above can hear everything Bit pricey

-The service staff — the cleaners, are attentive in providing toiletries (e.g., towels, toothbrushes, etc.) everyday.-Hotel is not stingy with its amenities; they allow guests to take what they need at the lobby

-The cleaning could be just a tad cleaner. E.g., the CR wall still had some hairs of previous occupants left.-Outdated design (e.g., the airconditioning units are still of the 80s-90s probably.

Good location. Room was spacious. Complementary sweets and drinks at the lounge.

No variations on breakfast. I was looking for onsen tamago to complement the Japanese breakfast.

The Hotel rate, size of room and service

Cleanliness

Fantastic breakfast, kind staff, comfortable room.
