Location is good, stay either here near Sapporo station or near odori station! also, connected to the metro by underground passageway on the same block.

The room is smaller than expected

It was very clean and efficient. The onsen facilities were modern and clean. Having a convenience store in the lobby and the close proximity to the JR Sapporo station made it very practical. Most sights were within walking distance which is brilliant!

Excellent hotel for the price, Onsen facilities were particularly nice, parking was easy and reasonably priced. Sparkling clean. Tv in room showed if wagers were available remotely and if the Onsen was busy, a nice touch.

Hotel breakfast was expensive.

Perfect location, lots of restaurant nearby. Easy access to the tourist spots.

The hotel is quite new and has a direct connection to the JR station. The room is big enough to open up two mid-size luggage. Breakfast buffet is great.

Even though there is a direct connection to the JR station, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the station. A bit far away.

New hotel with modern facilities, good security, good staff with 24 hrs reception, daily room cleaning. Location is good with a bit of walking underground.Coupled with 7/11 convenience store by the lobby.

This was my first stop after arriving in Japan. It was an easy walk from the train station and smooth checkin. The staff was very nice and it was convenient having a 7-11 right in the lobby. I not usually a buffet person but the breakfast buffet was excellent! A nice mix of western and Japanese options. Don’t sleep on the milk pudding, I keep looking for one that’s just as good. The onsen was nice and clean.

Breakfast was good quality, much variety and tasty. Onsen facility was also excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was above-average sized when it comes to rooms in Japan. We actually had enough room to open both of our suitcases! The bathroom was great as well; there was a shower and a bath as well. The bed was super comfortable.

I don't have any significant areas of improvement. Service was great, breakfast was great... I'd say the only thing that was actually an issue was the laundry. There were only 3 machines and they were almost always constantly in use, so we had to get up at 4 AM to actually use it, and still encountered a couple people hanging out trying to get access to machines.
