Kotoni Green Hotel

The location was good, close to the station connected via a covered pathway. It was clean quiet and warm.

The breakfast had no fruit. The restaurant was fully booked for dinner.

Easy access.

Rooms are just too old. It is unsustainable. From furniture to beds, it’s old and comfort is not up to modern standards. Room is small, dark and looks sad.Front desk staff will not greet when guest returns to hotel. Communication is not effective. Forgot my card in the room and was not informed that card was at front desk at the time of my return.

The shower changed temperature often while using it.

The room is very comfortable and has a good space for large luggage. I also like the breakfast although the options can be very limited.

Good access to New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, and Otaru. Clean facilities. You can choose the types of cleaning service (“full service” including bedsheet replacement and cleaning, “simple service” with towel replacement and emptying the trash can, and “no cleaning” with only towel replacement), and if you choose simple or no cleaning type, you will get a bottle of water for free every day.

It was perfect, but there were only two washing machines and two drying machines in the entire hotel and sometimes they were all taken.

The staff were very helpful in providing information and were very polite. Their communication was prompt.

Location was very conveniently close to the station. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and day trip without dramas.

It’s located in a quite area of Sapporo and there are good enough restaurants around. Close to train station and the walk wasn’t so bad. The breakfast is good, I like the staff who serve the restaurant

Too expensive for an old hotel with a small room. The carpet is so old. The wallpaper is so old. Wifi is quite weak as well. It needs complete renovation if it charges this price. Staff at front desk mostly do not speak a decent amount of English.

Our plane and connection flights were extremely delayed but the hotel staff helped us check in, even at 1am! Likewise it's within walking distance from Kotoni station.

The facilities are very basic and the room was very small. Fine for a single night, but wouldn't have wanted to be there longer. Likewise this isn't a reflection on the hotel but generally there wasn't a lot to do around Kotoni for the time of year we were visiting (spring)

Great Location, very close to Kotoni JR Station and 7-11 store opposite. Also there is Sky way from JR Station to the Hotel Building so you won't be cold/wet in rainy cold day.

WiFi connection is quite bad.Connection drop every a few minutes and considered unusable for business meeting or video streaming.

Location is excellent. Restaurant all around, 5 min. walk to JR Station, 10 min walk to local subway station.

Mattress in real bad shape. Can feel each single spring from my back, sunken is visible......I was there in snow days, surprisingly hotel didn't clean up the ice and snow right outside the entrance, even that couples meter conjunction to the skywalk.

The hotel and my room were very clean. The staff was very friendly. And they had free coffee.The location is a little bit far from Sapporo Station but there is a Station only 5 Minutes from the Hotel away. The area has good restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. Would stay again.

I like that it is near Kotoni Station around 5 minutes walk only. 711 convenience store is just in front of the hotel. A lot of restaurants near the hotel. The staff were kind and accommodating.

Breakfast was served in the connected restaurant each morning. There were three options and it was pretty good. Very close to the JR station as well as a shopping center and 7-11 was right across the street. Great location.

It is located next to a Jr train station and just a few minutes from the subway line. Very easy to get there and to the city. Stores and restaurants are everywhere. Our room had actually a nice view. A very nice stay in a nice hotel. We had a traditional Japanese breakfast once, which was very cute!
