The room was indeed spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the window that offered a view of the bustling street below.
I wasn't thrilled about getting coffee in the lobby. But at least it tasted good.
Absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. My friend wants me to mention the amazing pillows aswell. The buffet style breakfast is really good with a lot of choice, and all the staff was super friendly. Really great location too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to everything
You have to take one elevator to check-in and switch to another elevator to access the hotel room but this is completely fine. Hotel staff was very helpful with any requests and questions.

This hotel was at a fantastic location. Rarely used public transportation as it was easy to walk everywhere. There was many 7/11’s nearby and a local supermarket with fresh food and ready to go meals. Also a food hall with a great variety of food.

Everything was great! Location was Perfect, near airport bus & train stations, especially the shopping strip also with a lot of food options around the area. Check in and out was no problem. Rooms were always cleaned and perfect size for the family. The buffet breakfast was great with the best service.
Great location! Couple of blocks from Tanukikoji and Nijo Market. Block away from center of Susukino. Subway access is next to the hotel, but long walk to the to the tracks two stops away from JR Sapporo Station. Cab fare from Sapporo Station to the hotel is about 11oo yen. Chitose Airport bus stop is less than a block away. Very convenient. 1300 yen for an adult and about 70 minutes bus ride. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. My companion misplaced her handbag that contained her passport. Staff member filed a formal police report and kept us posted. Fortunately, we were able to locate the bag with the passport on our own, but the saff was very helpful and accommodating.

Carpet in our room needs updating. Its old and has tears in it which I would occasionally trip over.
