Near to station and convenience stores, also the staff is very friendly although they struggle a bit speaking in English but with some Japanese Key words, you are good to go

There is only 1 coin laundry and 1 clothes dryer

The staff were helpful and the location was convenient. Amenities were satisfactory enough and everything was in working order.

Should be called the Stanky hotel because the smell in my room was almost unbearable the first night. Lots of wear and tear, stains, etc. and the bathroom was very small.

Swanky hotel is an older hotel and you get that vibe.However it is a very nice hotel, staff are professional and hospitable, they were able to accomodate our requests. Breakfast is just breads but we could take them to our room which meant we could sleep in.The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller. If you are a big fella keep this in mind. However for a few nights it’s okay to handle.

The location.

The room was very small for two people. The bed was really uncomfortable, and the sink in the washroom had cracks in it. Ok, for night, but I won't recommend it for longer stays . The breakfast was not good at all.

Everyday basic breakfast was a bonus. They have paid parking but a little far from the hotel.

The correspondence/appearance of staff can be better.

Instruction from susukino can be improved... From exit 4 , turn right, pass by Lawson, untill you see APA Hotel, turn left, you'll see Diner Bell 24 hours signboard, and toyota/toyopet and small Aeon. Tadaaa...the hotel just beside key-shop and Gengis Ramen Restaurant.

Breakfast was just enough but actually hoping for rice.Free flow of coffee until 9pm was amazing.Price very reasonable.

Need rice for breakfast.No electric kettle in the room so I have to go to lobby to take hot water.No hot iron.

They don't have an A/C, only a heater. It's fine when it comes to the winter, not sure what if it's in the summer.

The location was awesome, just a short walk to everything.Beds and pillows were so comfortable.Basic free breakfast and free coffee until 9am.

For 2 people, the room was on the smaller side, but it is japan. Pretty average size room for japan

Good for solo travelers. Clean and all necessities you need are provided.

You can hear the noise from the outside

The hotel was conveniently located and good value for money, especially as I was staying during Golden Week. I appreciated the coffee machine downstairs. The staff were very nice.

The room was pretty dated and while clean, the carpet was a little shabby. I wish we had the option to request even less frequent towel changes as even when I said I didn't need to have my room cleaned, I ended up with new towels dropped off daily and I really didn't need that many.

Too hot in the room ac is a joke, and the “breakfast” is terrible and impossible to eat. Restroom is old and tiny

Very friendly and helpful staff, were able to call us a taxi when requested. Price is entirely reasonable for what you get out of the place.

The public transport options, at least for the destinations we were going to, were not ideal. Not many nearby bus stops for routes we wanted to get on. It is definitely more convenient to use a taxi service.

The breakfast is just breads, without any condiments. I had to go to the convenience store down the road to buy my own jam.

Good location, short walk to the nearest station and lots of good food options nearby. Also very helpful staff!

Bathroom for a double room was quite small. Not impossible to move around in, but for larger people could be very uncomfortable to use

Excellent location - walking distance from Sapporo main station. Very clean, helpful staff.

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast - there was only simple pastries and coffee/juice. We would have appreciated at least some butter and jam to go with it.
