Nice and clean room. Beds are comfortable.

Toilet design is not ideal where basin is very near to bathtub.

Extremely new facility and super clean. Nice big onsen.

Direct access to the train station, so it’s easy to travel all around Sapporo. There’s an eating complex and shopping area in the same building as well which I found very convenient. What I loved most was the simple and beautiful design of the hotel that provided wonderful amenities and was designed in a way that considered the many different needs a guest might have. The small onsen on sight was a lovely experience. The staff was also incredibly helpful, and all of them spoke some English or made an effort whenever I had questions or needed support. I would definitely stay here again.

The best location for me! The hotel has access to a mall, train station, JR station and more! It has great amenities which made our stay super comfortable. Overflowing coffee, vending machines in our room floor, and awesome checkin experience. Love their breakfast too!

Close to Subway and JR train line. Not crowded and has mall near to the hotel. Lots of food dining options to choose from.

Great breakfast. Onsen was clean and nice. rooms were clean. Bed was comfy.

Room was a bit small, but all good. Parking was quite expensive. Had to pay between 1500-2000 yen depending on when we left in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, with direct access to the station from the hotel itself. This made travelling around the city incredibly easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. I was impressed by the overall experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, convenient place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this new, comfortable hotel. There is a lovely onsen and a great restaurant with breakfast/lunch buffet.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and polite. I've stayed in a few three star hotels during my stay in Japan, and this one was definitely the best!

I read on a sign at the entrance to the hotel that it was closed between 1AM and 5AM? That might have been a misunderstanding, and I didn't need to enter or exit during those times. But if I'm not misunderstanding, then it would have been better to be able to come and go whenever you wish during your stay.

Good location very close to JR station. It’s very convenient to get to the airport. The room is clean and the staffs are very nice.

Very clean, friendly staff and great facilities

It is completely personal preference but the bed was somewhat hard, typical “Asian Bed” if you know what I mean, as well as the pillow.

The breakfast was great! The hotel is situated near the train station, convenient for sightseeing and for travel to and from the airport. Room was comfortable. The route to the station is completely indoors, but may not be open early in the morning, so allow extra time to get to the station if taking the first train. Sapporo is a fun city to explore.

Location, access, newly built and very clean

The hotel is new, clean and convenient to shops and Shin Sapporo station. We like the separate bath and toilet. There is a mall next door and can get to the station side with a covered overpass. There is also a paid parking structure next door. There is also a bath in the hotel which was nice after a long day of sight-seeing. We chose this hotel as we didn't plan to drive into downtown Sapporo and it was a short drive to visit the Historical Village.

There isn't particular thing that we did not like. It is only 10 minutes train ride to Sapporo. For those who plan to visit sights in the town center, it might be easier to stay in the downtown Sapporo. The room for three is a bit compact but I think this is reasonable for Japanese hotels.

The location is great. I can easily get to the airport and Sapporo center. This hotel is in the shopping mall. It is also easy to get a good restaurant and shops around.My room has everything and is super clean. Also, they have a public bath for guests, which is so relaxing.Last, I would recommend having a tasty breakfast buffet here. And, the staff here is professional and friendly.

new and clean hotel with sheltered access to the train station. We can easily take bus from the bus terminal nearby to the Mitsui Outlet

Close to JR station. I can walk under the roof to the hotel. It was snowing when I was there. That's very convenience. The room is quite spacious and new.

We might need more spaces to hanging cloth and towels. There was 4 cloth hangers. They was mainly just for our coats. However the room was new and clean.

The facilities are brand new and the room well-appointed. Loved the soft pillows.

The breakfast price is high.

Location was good, 5min walk away from the Shin Sapporo JR station. Walk from the hotel to the station was sheltered the entire way which was a great bonus giving the temperature.
