Apa Hotel Sapporo Susukino-Ekinishi

Its very convenient to stay nearby shopping centers.

Our room smells like cigarette and we have a small child with us so I think it should have been sprayed nicely at least.

I truly appreciate the spaciousness of the quaruple room we’ve been fortunate to have. The bed is quite large for a single, making it very comfortable for restful nights. There's plenty of room for luggage and for everyone to move around with ease. The cleaning staff are very efficient and always do a wonderful job, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Super spacious room. Close to many konbini. Not too crowded area. Amenities are excellent.

Biggest room I had in Sapporo. Walking distance to main shopping street. Not too center, therefore although its city area yet not too noisy. Staff always helpful. Been staying this hotel since 2013.

The staffs slowly improvise, so, nothing to dislike.

Location is factastic, close to everything with parking space.

The smoking smell

Breakfast had variety of fresh local flavors and ample seating every morning. Serving staff were polite, thoughtful, and very efficient. It truly made the trip delightful.

Overall it was good, the room was clean and the amenities were decent.

The room was a bit small and I felt a bit of spatial oppression. It was a bit far from the JR station and if you couldn’t find a bus or taxi, you would have to walk there by 25 minutes.

of the many hotels i've stayed at, this is 2nd best. the location is close to but not in the middle of susukino. if it had an onsen i'd rate it higher.

the breakfast got boring and several of the dishes were consistently colder than it should have been.

Hotel is very near Susukino and bus stops to/from airport. Most of the travel tours also departs from nearby hotels.

First, the room - it is huge for a reasonable, if not, low price! The room was completely stocked with amenities, and there is also a huge cabinet! The toilet and shower room are also separated. The hotel is also walking distance from the station which is a plus.

I guess it is due to the fact that the building is old so you can hear outside noise, especially people walking in the hallway.

Generally everything. Everything was clean, nice, everyone was friendly and helpful. This place was very good even in Japanese high standards for hotel cervices.

This is a common problem of many hotels in Japan - dry air. Air conditioning was doing very good job in keeping the room warm during coldest winter days, however even turning that of did not help with dehumidified air.

Comfortable stay in a Japanese style room. The room is spacious and clean. Location is perfect as it is near to susukino shopping street and easy access to nearby halal restaurants. Kombini is just next to the hotel.

Like the bathroom. Staff was nice. Little too far from station when not pass through the mall.

It was accessible and near attractions. The thing I liked is the cleanliness and the daily supply of towels and toiletries, even coffees and green teas.

Not too far from Susukino station. The staff was very helpful as our train was cancelled due to the snow storm and was trying to figure out what we could do. They were patient and despite the language barrier they helped us to figure out what the options were.

There were only 2 washing machines so a family hogged it so we ended up doing laundry till like 3am. It could just be us being unlucky but it would have been better to have at least another set of washer and dryer.

Location was great, staff were very helpful. We liked being able to extend our check out from the TV in the room.

Building was dated, the pillows were not very comfortable
