Fairfield by Marriott Hokkaido Eniwa

The room exceeded my expectations, lovely setup, didn't really look at the photos beforehand as I booked the hotel as a another one was fully booked during that period. Very clean room, I can have no faults.

Water went cold whilst showering on a snowy day, didn't do the breakfast lunch box as not a fan, would be nice if they had a restaurant within the building for breakfast not a deal breaker, can't order a taxi on the app from the location so have to use the receiptionist to make a phone call. Apart from the real obvious things that's about it really.

The hotel looks and feel pretty new, and the staff is really kind. During winter the view from the flower park is amazing

It’s 20min by foot from the closest station so probably convenient if you go with a car. For the price they include breakfast but it’s just a bent and everyday is the same (curry) it was good but it will be good they change the options for everyday or have something else than curry

Amazing experience, the staff is incredible polite and willing to help, Starbucks it's just in front and tea and coffee is provided for free !

I liked that the property is located near the golf course, which made it very convenient for our trip. It’s also easy to travel around the city from here, and there are plenty of good restaurants and local food options nearby.

The breakfast could be improved. They only provided the same curry bento box every day, so it became repetitive and didn’t offer much variety.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-lit. A nice stop through before heading to the airport. It's easier to reach the hotel with car / taxi.

It was reasonably priced and clean. The staff was wonderful. However, I went online to reserve the same for the 26th and the room was about $200 more. Nope, will not stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable with an amazing flower park

All amenities within walking distance close very early; need to drive out to the nearest convenient store or restaurant but the hotel provides taxi vouchers.

I sought out this property after traveling through Hokkaido as a westerner loving the area but eager for a king size bed and a soft pillow.

King size bed. Soft pillows. So very clean.

Staff was friendly and very nice service mind. Room was cleanliness.

Size of room was so small and so expensive (JPY 15,730 per night without breakfast).Far away from bus station and any attractions.No restaurant inside the hotel.

The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful when we had last minute change in plans. Helped us book a taxi as well. Black out curtains were amazing. Slept so well!

American style hotel has basics of what you’d expect. No breakfast available.

Quiet, clean .

Counter staff don’t understand English very well so there were communication gap when we requested for a taxi to the airport next morning.

The way into the hotel was hard to find. It's back behind some other buildings, off the main road. But there's no sign along the main road directing you where to turn in. Also the shower opens up directly into the main room. Needs a barrier.
