- The service was very friendly and felt warm and genuine. There were no welcome drinks or the like which would've made the stay feel even warmer.
Cons -
- It was very cold in the room, some things were missing in the toilet and stuff did not speak English
- The room was a tatami room, which was a surprise because the pictures show a regular room with beds. The room was clean and decently sized. The futon was regular in hardness but the pillow was very hard and quite uncomfortable. The worst thing however was the shared sento bath. The tiles were dirty and everything is incredibly old. Do not come here for the bath.
