    Pros +

    • Absolutely love staying here the room layout was fantastic. Was a huge fan of the sauna both my husband and I used our respective gendered sauna and we’re often times the only person in there!Beds were very comfortable and they even gave us extra pillows upon request! The late night ramen was delicious and the perfect snack!
    • Great hotel for the cost! Located about 2-3 minutes from the train station, this hotel offered many amenities, including a stellar sauna (gender segregated), free ice pops for after the sauna, free ramen between 9-11pm, and razors/toothbrushes/etc in case you forget anything. We also found it was close to restaurants and convenience stores. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it if you are in Sapporo!
    • 2-minutes walk from subway Hosuisusukino station Exit-6 (lift availabe). Everyday 9pm got free simple but delicous ramen. Room heating unit is functioning well and adjustable to suit yourself. 3-minutes walking to Ramen Valley and STEAK&HAMBURG restaurant. Moden & clean hotel, value for money. The bed is confortable, Room space is good enough for 2-big (28") luggage bag.

    Cons -

    • The rooms are quite dark (very few lights and dark red carpet) and there is literally only one hook in the bathroom. It was difficult to hang towels to dry or any other items that needed to be hung (4-5 coat hangers were provided, but you couldn't hang things anywhere). However, these were extremely minor downsides. Also, Sapporo in general does not maintain their sidewalks very well in winter, so bring crampons to prevent slipping on the ice!
    • Pillow is very hard. Hotel staff explained that pillow got 2-side, 1-side very hard, another side is softer. But the softer side is still very hard. If hotel can consider to provide more softer pillow will be perfect choice to stay. If cannot sleep well with hard pillow, will affect our next day trip. Before I came, I had read some review about the pillow is very hard. But yet no improvement about it from the Hotel Management.
    • It is unsafe for women to enter the sauna because even though the have separate keys for the sauna, the keys are displayed openly in the lobby for everyone to grab. I find that extremely disappointing and unsafe. Please fix it!!!!

Second time staying here, close enough to central Sapporo by foot, spacious rooms. The private Sauna is a great extra on a cold winters day

    10PaulaPosted on: 1-8-2026

Everything. Clean nice amenities, I really liked the free ramen and ice cream and the mirror was really good for getting ready.

The rooftop sauna was really nice. It's the winning trait of the hotel. Everything else was very standard. The staff was nice as is usual in Japan. The French toast at breakfast is amazing!

The breakfast is good, but needs a bit more variety and more high-protein options, low-sugar options. The location isn't the best, especially in winter. In summer I suppose it would be fine, but in winter it's a bit of walk to most places.

I think the images didn’t do the actual room justice. The room was actually more accommodating and spacious than it appears for a Japanese hotel.

I think for the price it was amazing, the location is a little weird since it’s at the edge of the city, but there was station nearby so it was fine. Quick tip, I was there doing a really bad snow storm and the snow wasn’t removed beyond the premises so bring appropriate shoes for that.

Liked the size of the room- very big and spacious

The rooms r too dark( it’s their style - modern ) Also no safe

    6JonnaPosted on: 12-12-2025

The location is really nice just 2mins from the station.

I was expecting they have the public bath because it's written in their website (spa) but when I get there it's only a shower and a sauna. there is also hotel guest who came to check but they are also a bit disappointed on the sauna. I just wish they put a public bath instead of sauna.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Clean and new in a quiet area but close to everything .

    10EthanPosted on: 11-23-2025

They had a lot of facilities like a sauna, laundry room, and offered free ramen at night. The staff were really helpful even getting me breakfast when I was leaving early.

    10VivianPosted on: 11-1-2025

Free ramen at a certain time. Close walking distance to restaurant and station.

    Everything was great for me.

Comfortable Room and Hotel. Everything that you need and in walking distance to Sukino Area

Unfortunately we had to park at a separate parking lot which cost 6000 Yen per day, because we were told the hotel parking lot were full (Although there were no cars on it). So if you come by car, there is the possibility that you have to take a pretty pricy parking lot on top.

    10KaimookPosted on: 10-20-2025

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. But the dining area was nice and inviting.I just wish they offered free water refills for guests who bring their own tumblers.

I wish there were more towel hooks. And the refrigerator didn't cool at all.

    7TrevorPosted on: 10-12-2025

    Friendly staff. Good value room.

The room was arranged in a strange way making it feel like a corridor. I suggest turning the bed 90 degrees and having it at the end of the room.

    10EugenePosted on: 9-20-2025

The room was clean and modern. It looked like it was newly built hotel. The sauna was a nice addition. The breakfast was also delicious. Conveniently located to a subway station.

The only thing that would have made the sauna better would be a cold water bath next to it.

Breakfast options were tasty and reasonable, although quite limited I appreciated the opportunity to borrow bicycles

The bed was so uncomfortable. I could barely sleep for two nights. I am used to sleeping on a range of beefs and this was my tenth stay in Japan, in a range of hotels, simple guest houses, and hotels. This was by far the worst mattress or my favorite thing up.

    8LouisaPosted on: 7-27-2025

Nice hotel and the staff were friendly. The room was a decent size. Bed was very comfortable.

My room floor was carpet and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed when I first arrived. However, after cleaning staff came it was cleaned nicely.

    7ZichuPosted on: 5-18-2025

The breakfast have a range of selection, from normal sandwich to vegetable sandwich and toast with cream

The hotel not provided bottles of water in the room, need to buy from outside or vending machine.
