The property is modern, clean, and well furnished, with friendly, English-speaking staff. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.

One issue we encountered was that the air conditioner kept turning off or resetting every few hours, likely due to an energy-saving setting. This made it difficult to stay comfortable in the summer heat, especially at night.There is no laundry facility on site, which was inconvenient during our five-night stay.The bunk beds were comfortable, though adults should be mindful of the low clearance to avoid bumping their heads.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was super friendly and even gave us local recommendations! They have a lot of amenities readily available for us/ we were able to grab them whenever we needed (i.e towels, toothbrushes, tissues, razors, umbrellas) without having to go up to the front desk! Everything was super convenient and the location was perfect for everything/ everywhere I wanted to go :D

The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the city. Most of the major attractions are just a short walk away, which made sightseeing very convenient. There is a Family Mart close by which came in handy for quick snacks and essentials. The airport bus stop right near the hotel. Finally, the hotel room was impressively huge, offering plenty of space to relax, pack/unpack and feel comfortable. Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom is a bonus!

Location and the room size was great. Most importantly, great staff they offer exceptional service including free rental of coffee maker while your stay. Highly recommend to family or couple for holiday

Ideally located in central Sapporo. Close to Odori Park and the numerous shopping and F&B outlets. Walking distance to Sapporo Beer Garden.

Everything is exceptional here. The property has good activity, fun & coffee related tools to make your stay memorable. One can rent these facilities on free for the period of your stay. Staff is also very helpful to guide you, if you are new to Sapporo.

Little walking from the subway station. Though we didn't mind that.

41 Pieces exceeded our expectations. The room size and amenities were superb - it very luxurious with the seating area and bathroom size. The location is excellent - a slight walk from a station, but located right off the main street and a short distance from Susukino, which we preferred. The staff were so helpful and kind when checking in, and helped us recommend some food spots when we arrived. Additionally, being able to borrow some cups and records really made our stay extra special.

I think the room number pads have some difficulty with thicker fingers, but we used the back of a pen and that worked fine.

Beautiful property, great location. Staff are super nice and they have so many different things to rent out.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal. (There is a cremia stand a block away!) There was a short walk from where the airport bus lets off but the pickup was half a block away. The water pressure in

They don't clean your room unless your stay a minimum of three nights and request it, but they provide self service towel exchange and trash exchange. This wasn't the biggest inconvenience as we were in and out of the room enough to have ample chances to grab towels, but if you forgot, you do need to go downstairs to grab new linens.

This is our 2nd time staying in the Pieces hotel. First time was in Kyoto. We love the style of the hotel and the friendliness. We look forward to visiting other Pieces hotel in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic staff. Comfortable rooms. Fun lending library of music, coffee, games etc.

No onsen. No laundry. First room was very dusty. Subsequent rooms were pristine.

Very friendly staff and lots of amenities such as board games, vinyl records, coffee/tea/drink/cookware for free checked out. We like the kitchen with stove, toaster and microwave which come in so handy!! Love this hotel and will definitely come back.

Not having an onsite laundry room was very inconvenient. Have to walk for around 10 minutes.

Most spacious hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. Kids loved the loft style beds which were comfy. Nice table and kitchen area to have breakfast or a snack. Bathroom also spacious and had everything we needed. Extra bonus was the coffee dripper and freshly ground beans that were available from the lobby. There were other available to borrow as well.
