Pros +
- The main reason I chose this hotel was for the public bath / rooftop bath, and it did not disappoint. Soaking in ~40°C water while snow falls and melts around you is a genuinely cool experience. The room size is decent by Japanese standards, and the location is good overall. The reception area is also stylish and well-designed.
- The staff was friendly, room was spacious for Japan standards and clean, staff exchanged dirty towels daily, bed was large and comfortable, great water pressure in shower, breakfast buffet available daily and lunch and dinner options as well, almost all day Onsen spa access was a highlight.
- Walking distance to food and shopping. Vibrant night scene. Close enough to walk to Sapporo station when weather is permitting.
Cons -
- While the location is convenient, it’s a bit of a walk to and from the airport bus stop, especially with luggage in bad weather. Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier, though it wasn’t a major issue.
- It would have been nice to have more laundry machines on property. It also would have been great to have a more detailed live update of the current use of laundry machines. The TV shows which of the 3 are in use, but you don’t know how long until the machine is done or what step in the washing/drying process it is in. We decided to use a laundromat outside of hotel due to this lack of live updates. It also would have been nice to have the breakfast buffet open until later in the morning. Last order was 9am, so we were unable to sleep in during our 5 night stay. I think a 10-11am closing time would have been optimal. I also saw many other guests rushing to catch the last order every day during our stay!
- The breakfast buffet could have been better. They have a good selection, little things like scrambled eggs with pork threw me off a little.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a quiet part of Susukino yet close to themain crossroads where the Nikka san is. It's within walking distance to the airport shuttleand Nijo market, and although getting to Sapporo station involves a bit of a walk, the underground shopping tunnel makes it easy to reach, even if you're tired. The hotel was very clean and provided a great amenity package. I especially liked the women's toner, emulsion, and cleanser set. The public bath at the top floor was a highlight, and the addition of an outdoor bath made the experience feel even more special. The hotel staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the door lock at one point, but it was resolved promptly, which we really appreciated. It seems the hotel offers a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. I didn't include breakfast in my booking this time since there are so many options nearby - Nijo market, for example, opens early and is just a short walk from the hotel. We actually wanted to try the hotel breakfast, but it was fully booked and they couldn't accept walk-ins. If you're interested in their breakfast, I would recommend adding it to your reservation for one or two days, just in case.

Quiet clean hotel in a central location, close to airport shuttle dropoff/pickup locations. Friendly front desk. Gym was small but had a great view.
nothing. I enjoyed my stay.
Location, drip coffee
Cleaning was done every 2 days. If possible, every other day would be fine.
Ambiance and dinning with roof top onsen!
The outdoor onsen is not massive but great. It’s a very central location, everything is in walking distance.
Great location. Staff were very nice and helpful. Gym was fantastic. Laundry facilities were adequate. Overall I enjoyed my stay. 10/10 would recommend.
Very nice and modern room, with a comfortable bed. The onsen was very nice and clean. The location is great, right in the city center with a lot of great restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, and although the a language difficulty they were very helpful.
Great central location with lots of restaurants and close subway access. But most of all, loved the hot public bath on top floor. Very relaxing after long day. Would recommend
Location is great of course. Located in Susukino. Which is a buzzing area of the city. Shopping, food, entertainment all close by. Train station, bus station for easy transportation access. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and provided a gym and laundry machines. Adding more convenience to my stay.
This was a great hotel. The location was great - it's on the same block as an entrance to the metro, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and only a few blocks from Odori Park. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, and had a comfortable built in seat, spacious shower, and was dark and quiet at night. The coin laundry availability could be checked on the room TV, which was very convenient.I particularly enjoyed the public baths, which included both indoor and outdoor baths and had instructions in English with pictures for first time users.
The coin laundry a little small and a little expensive (600yen for a load which contained 1 person's clothes for 1 week)
The location is excellent and the train station is very close. The airport bus is about a five minute walk. The staff was always understanding. The room was very comfortable, there is a small sofa and you can adjust the lighting, which made it feel cozy.
The storage/place for the luggage in the room was small.
Very good location. Modern and clean. Fantastic public bath, both indoor and outdoor.
Breakfast could be better value.
Quiet area but near enough to Susukino
Room pillow a bit hard
Cleanliness of the hotel overallPrivate bathLocation
The hotel was very nicely designed sending very relaxing vibes. The rooms were cozy and had all amenities one can ask for. I especially liked the breakfast and onsen.
Nice location, clean room, bit small for 2 luggages…
Very professional staff, the property was spotless and pristine, and the location was perfect for getting around the city and enjoying the Snow Festival.Especially noteworthy is the bathhouse at this property. The facilities were EXCELLENT and I enjoyed them every single night. The outdoor part on the rooftop was certainly an enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this property!
