- The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the station. It was very clean, you can take pyjamas and toiletries from the reception area. The room, although small (but we knew this from the pictures), it was cozy and there was enough space for putting our luggage in the room (2 big and 2 small trollers). The breakfast option was also really convenient, 700 yen per person per night. It's basically the same food choices everyday, but it is good value for the money. You can also wash and dry your clothes for a small fee: 200 yen for 30 min wash/dry. Bonus: nice view from our room at the 11th floor.

- Rooms were spotless, and staff friendly. The rooms are small but its the same as most hotels we've been to in cities in japan and they had space for our two large suitcases so it was fine. Right next to the station which was great for travelling to from the airport and to leave. Great value if you just need a clean and comfy spot to sleep.
Cons -
- We got new towels every day, even if we chose no cleaning for the day. This is a good thing cleaning wise, but it would be nice to have an option to opt out for everyday clean towels (as it is for the sheets), in order to waste less resources.

- Beds are hard but this is just a personal preference and they are the same as all other hotels in japan we've stayed in.
