Located very close to Train station, restaurants, Family mart

Registration was very smooth. The person spoke English which was very helpful. Rooms very modern and clean and we had a very nice view. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was a little sparse. However the breakfast buffet on the 51st floor was fabulous

The room sizes were different in each room. Some had more walking space and one had a sitting area with a couch.We had rooms 4707, 4808, 4810, and 4922-which was the biggest room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location near the subway, but airport access by train is inconvenient for travelers with large luggage. The breakfast buffet on the 22nd floor was disappointing, with limited food options, and the round tables required sharing with strangers, which was uncomfortable.The shuttle bus to USJ is available only on Weekend/holidays.

Great views of the city, very clean, had two different train lines and mini mall all at the tower.

The building was hot, but that’s okay

I didn’t like that it wasn’t in the center of the city but it was in the entry of a metro station

No air conditioner

Upscale accommodations, rooms were well equipped and staff cleaned daily. Love the complimentary facial care set which my sister and I used every day. Hotel is connected to train station which was very convenient.

Very minor comment - some variety in breakfast options would have been good. Hotel served same breakfast every day.

Location was ideal especially with kids

Lack of pillows. There were 2 pillows for a family of 3. I had to roll up a blanket to use as a pillow while I gave the pillows to my kids.

The view is really amazing and the location is right next to a tram (takes maximum 5 mins walk). There is a FamilyMart in front of the hotel. Very convenient!Also the bed is really comfortable that we enjoyed sleeping here very much.

The only thing is the space is limited so difficult to manage 2 big suitcases but it still worked for us!

The breakfast. I prepaid for 4 days and used 2 breakfast vouchers. There was NO variety. Same food every day and poor quality. Chicken was dry, ham tasted strange and eggs were rubbery.

Liked the complex the hotel was in with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Also, having two convenient stores on site was helpful for breakfast as the breakfast available in the cafe was a bit pricey for us - we have kids who probably wouldn't eat what it was worth.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to USJ, a train station and the fact that they had a shuttle to USJ. It was not disclosed that the shuttle only runs twice in the morning and that you are own for the way back to the hotel. The shuttle was also not offered every day. We chose a day it was offered only to discover that it was also a Japanese holiday. If we had known that, we would have chosen a different day, but felt a little constrained based on available transportation methods. It was a little bit outside of the central Osaka area. That was both good and bad. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, as were the pillows. We had to book two rooms for our family of 4, which led to disjointed feeling on our trip.

Great location, easy access to JR line, great city view from our room and from the Sky Buffet.

Location is an easy walk away from Bentenchō Station. Hotel has a well-marked taxi/bus stand, Family Mart and supermarket (plus a few other shops) directly outside. Spacious room (compared to others we stayed at) with really comfy beds. Vending machine, free ice and change machine on the floors plus larger vending machine and microwaves in the laundry room. Loved watching the city lights from our room, pretty surreal for someone who doesn't travel often!! Staff are really nice/helpful, and the Hotel is well maintained/cleaned (inside and outside). It is about a 25-minute taxi ride to Dotonbori. Hotel is in a super quiet area - it doesn't get busy apart from peak times with people moving to/from work to catch the trains. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Wish we knew about the hotel's buffet but will definitely try it next time we come back!

This hotel was beautiful in the lobby and plenty of space in the hotel room. Breakfast was nice, a mixture of western and Japanese style. Really enjoyed Osaka and our stay at the Art hotel.

It is near family mart, burger king and other food stalls. It is also near to Chuo and Osaka Loop stations, with the latter on the other side.

* At check-in, I was charged a tax despite my booking stating “tax included.”*Communication with the receptionist was difficult—even with a translation app, she didn’t understand me. *They were slow to respond to messages.*The air conditioner in my room didn’t cool properly.*I arranged for my luggage to be picked up at the hotel and confirmed this with two receptionists. Later, I called to double-check and was told I needed to place tags—something not mentioned before—forcing us to return to the hotel. On the way back, I was informed the luggage had already been picked up. The miscommunication caused unnecessary stress.
