Pros +
- Great central location to the Hommachi subway station.
- I really enjoyed the staff, they even took care of our luggage in case we needed to travel to other cities and come back, also enjoyed the tranquility and hospitality of the venue, close to the train stations
- The staff was really friendly and open to special requests, also the room was very spacious and had a nice bath/shower, it was really close to the Yodoyabashi station entrance/exit 12 (300 meters) which made transport really easy and coming back home not so exhausting at night
Cons -
- A disappointing experience. This hotel acts like a budget lodging even though the price is comparatively higher than similar competitors. The onsen is not tattoo friendly and will not even allow sticker cover ups. Be warned: if you have a tattoo of any size you'll be strictly forbidden from entry. I wish the website was more clear about this as it was a major reason why I booked. The standard room has just enough space for a bed and a tiny desk, and the bathroom is one of the simplest I've encountered - even the budget hotel in sapporo I stayed in had a tub with jets and a separate shower, but this hotel was thin plastic in a space resembling a camper van and temperatures never reached above luke warm. Cleanliness was ok - the room was mostly clean but there was dust around the trim of the baseboards and on the carpet between the piling. This wasn't terrible but it was surprising given the time they allot for cleaning with checkout hours.Checkout is also strangely early compared to most hotels - 10:00am. I was under the weather after arriving in Osaka and slept in until 10:01; when leaving my room at 10:07 I was bombarded by phone calls and door knocks and an admonishment at the front desk. Again, in most hotels there is the option for a later check out or a grace period but not here. Breakfast also closes early - 10:00am. There's no opportunity to get even a coffee or water in the lobby. You'll be met with the explanation of "Well we did warn you." This is true and I don't disagree, but customer service would suggest that it's reasonable to get your guest a takeaway machine coffee after they've just lost their money for prepaid breakfast. All in all, the only thing good I can say about this hotel is that the location is central. Otherwise it's below standard in rooms, amenities, and service and most travelers will be able to find better options elsewhere.
- the lobby was a little small and not a real waiting area, even though it wasnt a problem to wait around after checkout because they had lockers that could be used without any fee
- Everything was really enjoyable maybe the restaurant could be a little bit bigger or have more options since only if the reservation included breakfast it was an option, anyways there were cafes or super markets really close

Modern room, amazing bathroom with great ventilation, heated mirror and smart tap
apparently i needed to ask staff to change toilet seat temperature(i didn’t have access to do it myself)
Great location close to subway station and convenience stores. It is located on a quiet neighborhood depite being near to some intense landmarks. Room was nice and clean with a very nice staff.
Location
Unhelpful Staffs.Arrogant lobby staffs made the whole trip full of disappointments.Mr. Kumar and another Japanese staff who I couldn't get the name.
The rooms while small are well designed so it doesn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable. The pillow bar and self service amenities bar were nice touches. When heading over from Yodoyabashi station, look for exit 10 as it has the lift to the ground level. While there is not much in the immediate vicinity, this makes for a very pleasant and peaceful stay and you are only a short train ride away to many places to eat and explore.
Great location, tasty breakfasts, public bath (hot spring) available, but people with tattoos are not allowed to use it.
People with tattoos are not allowed to use hot spring.
Quiet area, 200m walk to Yodoyabashi station(Osaka metro-Midosuji line). Can't hear any noise at night. Bed is just nice, not too hard or soft. A variety of pillows are available to choose from at the lobby, so don't have to worry about hard/soft pillows.
- Location is great, close to Yodoyabashi station- Check-out was extremely fast and simple (you literally just insert your room key into the machine)- Convenience store (Family Mart) and coffee shops (Dotour and Tully's) nearby. There is also a small supermarket right outside of the subway station. - Breakfast is OK (not great, just OK). But plenty of coffee available. - Small, simple sauna available
- Not much to complain about. It's an eco-friendly hotel. If you want your towels changed you'll just need to leave your towels in a bag outside of your door.
The onsen was small but very nice. Pillow bar selection and complimentary accessories were a plus. Breakfast was very well and tastefully prepared
Rooms are pretty small, at least for 3 people and only one bed. At breakfast the sweet choice was very limited, mostly salted. The location is in the business part of Osaka so you need to take the subway to reach the tourist attractions. The subway is only 5-10 minutes walk.
Good breakfast, close to the metro. Small but nice public bath
Good location, nice facilities and clean room. Breakfast choices were also good and staff was very nice. Good public bath to relax after sightseeing days.
Nothing in particular. Room was relatively small as expected.Additional blankets for rental were unfortunately out already.
Super close to Yodoyabashi metro stop. Public bath was great. Even though it was small it was never a problem and only had one other person with me once out of four times I went during my stay.
Breakfast was a good deal considering cost but it was just so so.
We accidentally booked smoking room which smelled like smoke lol but other than that it was nice. Loved the pillow bar and the breakfast
No loby
Clean facility
Small double room. It was not flexible to re arrange rooms.
This hotel is very close to subway station, modern, new, really quiet and clean. I got enough amenities to use daily. I love all the staffs at front desk and cleaning staffs, they are very helpful and enthusiasm! Everything here was exceptional! Definitely will stay here again if go to Osaka.
Good location not too far from the metro. The rooms were standard, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very welcoming, they even sent our luggage ahead for us! Everything that you can expect from a Japanese hotel chain really. And it had an onsen!
As per usual with Japanese chain hotels the rooms are rather small but with an upgrade you get more space, so it isn't a problem at all. I wasn't allowed in the onsen due to my tattoos (not a problem, I knew this already).
Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. This hotel also has an onsen, which I didn't know when I booked. Everything was as you'd expect from a Japanese hotel.
The rooms are a little small but still comfortable. If you have tattoos know that you are not allowed in the onsen!
Location is less than 5min walk from Yodoyabashi metro station in a quiet business area. Rooms are small by European standards. However, you are in Japan and I'm sure you will look past that! Property and rooms are exceptionally clean. Facilities and amenities are fantastic. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The staff in the restaurant were so kind and helpful. The staff on precedent above and beyond to assist, arranging baggage transport to our next destination. Could not praise highly enough.
