Hotel Eldia Modern Kobe(Adult Only)

Slide was amazing, room was lovely for the price you pay. I always enjoy booking love hotels simce you get such value for money. Enjoyed getting the complementary breakfast in the morning.

A few questionable stains, but you got to expect those with love hotels.

Full of amenities such as jacuzzi bathtub, spacious room, toiletries plus foot massager machine.

Noises from main road, especially youngsters rided their noisy motorbikes at night.

Convenient, free breakfast.

TV shows are mostly only for Japanese.

Other than not really knowing what we booked for a room the Staff was amazing. A language barrier easily worked through for results

The property promised many things, like a VR room, a water slide, etc… but we couldn’t find any of these rooms. It felt close to a horror movie. Several posters with room numbers were plastered on the walls, but when we went to the rooms, they were (UNLOCKED) guest bedrooms. It was very confusing, especially for foreigners.

The staff was nowhere to be found. We had to use a phone at the reception desk to get into contact with someone. The person who “helped” us was not very helpful! She didn’t give us any clear explanation on how to use the facilities. We didn’t have a room key either. Our door was just… unlocked. Meaning anyone could come in if we didn’t use the indoor lock! And if we left the hotel, it meant that we couldn’t lock our hotel door.. I’ve never been to such a hotel before. I still can’t believe it.

Spacious and clean

The location is really not that great. It’s a love hotel, so the mood is kind of special if you’re only looking for a place to stay.

The bed was clean enough

There was a used condom on our balcony, the bath leaked, there was dust everywhere on the floor and there were marks on the walls.

the experience of the slide was wonderful! it was so fun and super fast, only slide twice. there was a rock climbing wall too. interms of space this is the biggest we ever stayed in japan. talk about packing 4 luggage we have ample space! plus free flow beer!

location is pretty far from the metro. loads of walking. can't get a cab around this area. no staff due to privacy. slide is super fast at the same time very dangerous due to the fact there's no proper landing, which will post serious injury for the older groups.

Comfy, clean, lots of beauty freebies, free parking.

We arrived late and there was no food on premises (except free pineaple). However places to eat closeby.

Disappointing

It’s love room It is very inconvenient as it is not well accessible by train or bus, fare from Kobe city center. Smoking room as well, so the smell was pretty bad.

tons of free samples and skincare ?, huge bathub, even the room is huge, staff is really friendly although only speaking japanese and we barely understand.

No breakfast.

We were surprised by the huge room and bed! We also had our own 12l water tank in our room for hot and cold water, so we didn't have to buy anything to drink. Even without the air condition (although it was winter) the room was not too cold and if you turned on the air condition it got nice and cozy in no time. The staff was super friendly and I even got a free pain killer from them. You also have a lot of free stuff in the lobby like hair bands, snacks, creams, bath soap etc.

As one can expect from a Love Hotel the weekend was kind of noisy. The walls are thin as in all Japanese houses, so we had to listen to a very active couple next to hour room - but nothing to bother if you sleep with earplugs. What we missed was a fridge but besides that it felt like a very luxurious hotel (if you don't mind the adult toys and toy ads everywhere).

Everything, best hotel room we have ever stayed in and potentially ever will. The slide, rock climbing wall, beer tap, it’s really hard to pick which was the favourite.

The complementary breakfast wasn’t available during our stay but this was not that much of an inconvenience

Lots of amenities were available. Additionally, the size of the room, bed and washroom were sufficiently large for the both of us to enjoy.

The distance from the closest station was a longer walk than anticipated. However, it was through a park and over a highway, which was amply lit up even at night.

It's extremely spacious and it's the most unique hotel I've been to. The rock climbing bit was very fun and safe. The slide was fun too, but not safe at all, if used from the top, so we just used it from the middle. The room had everything you could possibly need and more. There were many freebies: face masks, bath salts, lotions, tea, coffee, popcorn, candy, dried fruit, fresh fruit, unlimited beer, mints, puffs, and the list goes on. The breakfast was also very nice and they offered many choices. You can also play darts, table tennis and billiards for free.

The slide was not well though of, as it was too dangerous, due to the speed it built up and the lack of enough water.
