Really quiet and clean room, It’s worth noting that they have a strict check-in time, and you’ll be charged a penalty if you miss it or your room may be canceled, this information was not mentioned anywhere in their policy.

It’s really far from the subway station. If you have a large suitcase, you’ll have to walk a long way.

The location was terrific near the river and the Tanimachi station. The staff were young and friendly and it was great to be able to view the light show on the river at night from our riverfront room.

It was crowded at check in and sometimes there was a wait in the cafe. But the coffee and snacks were good.

Close to the train station and in a quiet area of Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved their green juice as well as their rice pudding for breakfast.

Clean, safe, great staff

Really nice little hotel a little bit out of the main attractions of Osaka, but easily joignable with public transportation. The single room with private bathroom was great, the staff really nice and would 100% go back there. Nice western breakfast options à la carte.

The rooms were so clean and nice! I loved the view from the window and the cafe downstairs!!

Such lovely place! The location was good was well. It was walking distance to train station and bus stops. Staff was so good and helpful. Very comfy and clean, organized. Lots of space on ground floor to hang around.

The hotel has a great view — when you open the window, you can see the river. It’s a short walk from the train station. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff are very friendly

Nothing but great things to say about this property. Was skeptical due to the shared washroom and shower as it was my first time experiencing this, but I had no issues at all. Location is convenient, staff is SO welcoming, room was just what I needed. I will be returning to this hotel every time.

The location of the hotel near the river was really nice to ease into the city upon arrival. It felt very grounding even in a big city. The staff was so accommodating and the breakfast each day was fabulous. We loved the pajamas and the shower & spa bath products made for a luxurious relaxing evening after a long day.

The room was very clean and spacious. All employees we interacted with were kind and courteous. The little cafe in the lobby was a delight, especially for breakfast before we started our day. Overall, completely recommend for your stay in Osaka!

My only complaint is the washer/dryer combo machines took a while to dry your clothes but there's a laundromat a block away that could work too.

Staff were very helpful and polite.

Location is bad, few restaurants around and the nearest train station is a 10 minute walk.AC does not work properly and always cuts off, wake up many times sweating. There is no outside noise reduction, can hear EVERYTHING thay is happening on the street.More a hostel than a hotel. Need to pay for the toothbrush and toothpaste, room does not have a fridge etc.Was expecting so much more for what I paid, but the experience overall was not good!

Lobby looked nice

Our view room had a view of an electrical pole! We asked them to change the room but they said they had no other rooms. So we said we would not stay there. We booked the room over 6 months ago. They refused to give us our money. We called booking.com and after an hour at the desk they gave us our money. We had to go find another place to stay. Booking.com was great

Staff were very kind and accommodating, reception desk is staffed through a very wide range of hours. Location is quiet and has nice views of the riverfront and park, still within 5-7 minute walking distance of a rail station with access to all of Osaka.

Its location and vibes, almost on the river with just a nice park in between and not in a highly congested area.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Facilities were clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect — one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my visit to Japan. The service was incredible, the hotel spotless, and the breakfast delicious, without a doubt one of the best I had during my time in this wonderful country. I would return without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel! Extremely affordable and comfortable our room was a bit small but it fit two people but it was perfect for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the river was fantastic the staff is amazing and the food is out of this world.
