Smile Hotel Premium Osaka Hommachi

There is a WIFI dead zone in my room. We were on floor 7, and we had NO wifi. It worked in other parts of the building so not our room. This meant there is a dead zone on floor 7. This is a feature that was promoted was obviously not true for our room!

Close to Shinsaibashi commercial center. Conveniently located because of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, subway stations. Helpful staff. Nice hotel interiors.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, close to the metro stations. Good value for money. In walking distance to the majority of attractions. Staff was very helpful, we forgot paintings in Nara hotel, they helped to deliver it to the hotel, making sure the items delivered before our departure from Japan. Thanks to them.

A bit 7-8 walk from nearest station but is near to Dotonburi by 15 minutes walk which makes it worth the money

For the price it was a great location to access the city's shopping and eating district. We thought we would have very small rooms, however, the rooms were more spacious that expected and very comfortable.

for one of the rooms we would have preferred twin beds but that wasn't possible during our stay

Good location which there is convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Not so far to walk to the train station and shopping street. The room and bed are bigger than expectation.

The location is good that can walk to shopping street and metro station. There is restaurant and convenient store near hotel. Although there is no daily clean the room, the hotel provides new towels everyday.

Good service for luggage storage

I need to pay additional 1000yen for my 8 years old son which is a bit weird.

Terrible smoking smell

The hotel and rooms snel terrible due to smoking. We were unaware of having booked a smoking room, however when we changed to a non smoking room the smell was still terrible.

Even if the room does not need to be cleaned, new towels, bath towels, etc. will be provided.

Do not assist foreign tourists to book outside restaurants
