Excellent location Great price exceptional breakfast wonderful service

Avoid unless you're a masochist.

A pillow the size of a shaving kit. 1 tiny bath towel, staff rude. And refused to give me a 2nd towel or pillow. The place is a dump, and didn't feel welcome here at all.

location is walkable to main street shopping and train station and small lane shops within 50m. cleaners are very responsible and automatically cleaned up my room when i go for breakfast and cleaned when i am back. Breakfast is a feast with western and Japanese food in 2 separate tables and many bread choices and coffee/tea and 4 fruit juices to choose. It serves very affordable lunch sets too. Bathroom seems to be upgraded recently, clean and usable. Counter service is swift and good and all staff very polite and helpful. Lounge sofa too low and too soft to sit on.

bedroom lights position not the best as it make do with circuit and switch locations. pillow can be bigger and harder.

The location was spot on. Very near to Shinsaibashi street which is the major shopping street. Everything is walking distance!

The room size unfortunately isn't spacious for a family of 4 like us

1st, the location is great and rooms are the same as pics. 2nd, breakfast buffet. 3rd, clean room and toilet. 4th, staff was kind to us, they even let us leave our things after checking out so we can still tour around before flight. If we ever go back to Osaka, we will re-book for sure

Very small trash can in toilet room but that's forgivable haha. And we can't adjust aircon temp. The room temp is just right. We really didn't care.

The breakfast was good. There were lots of options and most of them tasted good. Not great, but definitely good for the value and satisfying. The location wasn’t too close to any station but we were fine walking, about 20 minutes. The area was fine, maybe a bit noisy but not bad.

The staff weren’t friendly at all, both at the front desk and at breakfast. They kind of seemed like they didn’t want to be there. My wife was a bit taken aback because it’s rare to experience such attitude in Tokyo.The hotel is a bit old and it shows in the rooms as they could use some touching up but no real problem there, as it doesn’t affect the stay. What did bother me was when I noticed how dirty the air conditioner was. It’s right above the bed, so when laying down you face directly into the vent which was quite black inside, so it felt a bit uncomfortable having the air from that blowing on my face.

The location is good, rather quite but close to Dotonbori. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. Its good value for the location

We had a wonderful stay at Arrow Hotel! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to both Dotonbori and the nearest train station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was more spacious than most hotels in the area, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the generous buffet breakfast included. Each morning, we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a great value and a comfortable stay!

We found it challenging to communicate with the staff, as they spoke very little English. The pillows were not very comfortable. Additionally, the lobby is located on the second floor with no elevator access from street level, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

The bedroom was clean, the bathroom was spacious and nice, and the breakfast was delicious.

The temperature control for the room wasn't that great.

Great location. Around 5 minutes walk to Dotonbori, Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. Although the room looks dated however it is very well maintained, good size and the bathroom looks newly renovated. Breakfast was good however it was the same everyday although they have a sign in the elevator that says they change the menu daily. It was enough for us to start our day. The escalator was not working the whole time we were there but hotel is accessible via stairs then elevator.

The room was very hot. The control panel only had options for heating or "air blowing". No cooling option. It could only go 19 degrees as the lowest temperature, We called reception and accordingly it's regulated and they cannot change the heat/cool settings. They suggested we open the window (the window has a sign in Japanese not to open) however it was still hot.

If you're looking for affordable accommodation option that provides basic amenities and services this is a good find. The breakfast was good. Great location, short walking distance to Dotonbori River District and Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. It's about 7 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji.

The escalator not in service from the ground floor going up to the front desk. It was difficult if you're carrying 3 or more luggages, but that was indicated on the website when I booked this hotel. Nevertheless the staff was very helpful and stored our luggages after we checked out, so that we can explore the city more as we only had a 24 hour stay in Osaka.

Well located hotel in a calm part of the touristy and loud streets. Great breakfast and nice staff. Could use a better cleaning of walls and the shower, and very thin walls, so bring earplugs! We enjoyed our 2 nights stay overall.
