А completely dusty room. After we asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, other than changing the bed linens and towels, they didn't wipe away any dust. The dust on the furniture and appliances remained untouched.

Near to station , near to shopping street , the size room ..

No coin laundry service at hotel

The location of this hotel is excellent and incredibly convenient. On one side, you can easily access the Midosuji Line, and on the other, the Sakaisuji Line, making transfers especially smooth if you’re coming from Kansai Airport by train. Exit 15 even has elevators, which is a big plus when traveling with luggage. It’s also just a few minutes away by taxi or Uber to and from Osaka’s Air Terminal if you’re taking the airport bus.The hotel is close to central Osaka but still feels calm and relaxed, unlike the crowds and noise of Namba or Shinsaibashi. There are plenty of food options nearby, and a supermarket is just a short walk away, which is very convenient.The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and more spacious than the average Japanese business hotel. Free amenities are available to take as well, which was a nice bonus.

Almost everything was great, but the electric kettle had mold and the hair dryer was dirty.

I need the explanation about this case

Good location and friendly staff.

Small room, don’t have enough space for big luggages so we had to put them on the bed to open.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good within few minutes of walk from train stations or bus lines. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was convenient.

The air condition in the room was a bit loud and too strong in the relatively small room. The staff at breakfast could not really help us to find out what were the ingredients of the food and there were no signage provided (like in another Mystays hotel) This made our options very limited that complied with our dietary restrictions.

Good facilities, great location - near train station and shopping district. Check in and out process was easy.

Room is slightly small for two people, but is expected for room sizes in Japan.

Confortable to explore the city and surroundings. The room was clean and the bed was very good.

The staff didn't check-in us quick and we had to ask several times to do it.

The room was dated, sheets were clean but stained.

The location is perfect (near several subway lines) and centrally located in Osaka. They store your luggage at no exra charge, and they arrange for luggage transfer.

There were no laundry facilities, but there was one within 300 meters walking distance (very easy to use). Breakfast has a decent selection (Japanese and Continental), in my humble opinion it was missing some fruits.

Everything was perfect

Staff were absolutely lovely and sweet. Very helpful. Room was clean.

Breakfast was a little interesting as it was Japanese style. However as the photo had bacon and eggs we were expecting a more western style buffet. Due to allergies this limited what could be eaten. A bit difficult to get to if using public transport. Pillows weren't great but was still able to get a great night sleep

Horrible attitude of the staff, won’t even lend guests a bowl or a spoon, tiny rooms with only one window different from advertised, the lift always has to stop on second floor, shelves are not clean, sheets and towels have hair on them

Great view in the corner room on the top level. Staff took care of our bags in reception while visiting Universal Studios on the last day.

The room was little but it has everything you need for a short stay.

The hotel is a great location, with a variety of restaurants and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, and is also very close to the iconic attractions in Osaka. In addition, you can reach the railway hub station in Osaka City within a ten-minute walk.

The location, facilities and cleanliness of the hotel was all excellent

My only complaint or downside to this hotel is that the breakfast is very mediocre

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient but not in the more busy/noisy neighbourhoods. PJs provided was very comfy.

The fridge stopped working and we didn’t realise until the last day, I’m sure the staff would have been able to fix it for us

Modern look

Room was only clean where visible most. Please look at the pictures bath had dirt line after someone taking bath, dust everywhere it was just cleaned on main route in corners dust buildup. Behind toilet there was piss and hair you can tell every crevice is full of dirt. Bathroom smells of piss every time you enter. Out of 5 different hotels we slept on this trip this one was the worse in terms of cleanliness. I did ask for no cleaning at reception and just towels to be hang on the door handle we came back on the evening and they forgot to leave towels but did get message about no cleaning request as they didn’t. Lifts are soo slow and stop always at level 2 where reception is unnecessary. Lots off room for improvement to even with another hotels quality in this price range.
