Toyoko Inn Osaka Nippombashi Bunraku Gekijo Mae

Vert clean, good location and free breakfast buffet. Food is great and have a great variety!

The front desk girl is very helpful. She helped us find parking.

Comfortable room , clean, good location and great breakfasts.

Breakfast was great!!!

One of the staff was so mean and slamming things when changing coins for laundry. So unprofessional!

Great location, and a very good price for the area. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. They were laid out well.

Free breakfast and location close to many sights

Few washers and dryers to service the whole facility. Bed configuration is not best when you have big suitcase. You have to push through the narrow pathway.

The room was spacious and clean

The bed and the pillow were really uncomfortable the bed is hard like a floor! And it's really noisy at night because of the cars

Location was good, pretty easy to get to main attractions by foot or metro. Pretty convenient and calm, has a Seven Eleven around the corner and multiple restaurants and markets nearby

Breakfast area is quite small for the amount of people, and options are very limited. The pillow is very uncomfortable

Reasonable price with good location near the train stop

The staffs are lacking in communication skill but I know there is no intention to be rude

The staff was simply amazing. Helpful, kind, excellent communication.

Nothing to say.

This is a very functional hotel - but that's it. The room was small and the bed (and pillows) were quite uncomfortable - very hard. I did like the kettle and coffee in the room, as well as the decent wi-fi. Breakfast was decent.

Uncomfortable bedsNo possibility of an early check-in - I had to wait in the lobby for over 2 hoursBreakfast room was crowded at all times I went

Location, nearby market and stores, staff

hard bed, uncomfortable pillow, noisy air conditioning at night, too early breakfast hours

Breakfast, I went for breakfast at 8:30, and they said bread is over. jus a few options with rice.

The facility was very nice. Had an ice machine so I could fill my water bottle and have cold water throughout the day. I did not have breakfast there, but it was nice that Kuromon marketplace was just several minutes away and Dotonburi was a 20 minute walk. The room was a very good size and I liked that you can choose an option to have your room cleaned up. It was only me and I am not a slob so I chose the no clean option which helped the environment.

It would have been very nice if Toyoko Inn can give you directions how to arrive at their place from the train station. Google maps isn't all that accurate and does not give you nearby landmarks.

It was a nice little room and I felt like it was cozy. Had all the amenities I could need and it was close to what I wanted to see and a quick walk to the subway. Staff was friendly and helpful. And for the price, I definitely stay here again.

I could smell smoke in my room it wasn't strong but it's not exactly pleasant. I also just wish I had another pillow to make it a bit more comfortable but that's a personal thing since I need lumbar support.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the busiest area of Osaka. Many parkings near the hotel. Room is quiet and staff are friendly.

The room is very small for two people. Not enough space to open just one suitcase. I don't like the breakfast.

Lovely stay. Had a great breakfast daily included. I thought the location was great very central to all the places I wanted to go to in Osaka. The value was very good for a private room in this location. I would stay here again

The staff are not particularly helpful or knowledgeable. Maybe some more training in customer service would help.

Excellent breakfast every morning which helped cut the food costs down for me.

The loud car noises sometimes late at night that can be heard all the way up from the 11th floor. It's not the hotel's fault but it's something to keep aware about the hotel's location next to a major road.

Near metro station, staff are friendly.not bad breakfast.

Good location, a hotel that covers all the essential needs for a comfortable stay. The male staff was efficient and provided excellent customer service.
