Very close to Shin-Osaka station (exit 4). Very clean. Staff speaks English and customer service was excellent.

Nice onsen, great location, close to Shin osaka station, very easy to get around.

Room is a bit small but it is very comfortable.

The food selection at breakfast was great. Sitting in a massage chair and having a hot bath after a day of walking was simply sublime. Located near Shin-Osaka station so it is easy to get to the main city and easy to get on train to another city.

Lobby, elevators, and rooms were very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the variety of tasty Japanese foods available. I especially liked the onsen, which had a portion that was open to the blessedly chilly winter air, and also a couple fancy massage chairs. Location was great, just a few blocks from the train station.

I really had to think hard to remember anything I didn't like, because everything was so good. I guess the thermostat was a little confusing to figure out? Overall, I have nothing to complain about.

Bath house is wonderful spacious and clean/new , with free massage chairs. Plus complementary icey pops

The free soba is given at 9pm at night! Way too late for a family with children, se we didn’t get our money’s worth. Ordinary hotel rooms with nothing very special.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable

The reception staff weren't very welcoming upon my arrival. Just the one staff member in particular who checked me in. She was quite rude to me when I dropped my bags and asked for help with my taxi, as he required cash. I needed to find the closest ATM to get some out and pay him. She was pretty unwilling to direct me.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable enough for the three of us. The hotel was very close to Shin-Osaka Station, which made our trips short and easy, even with luggage.

Nice hotel with good price. The room is not very big, but it was enough for two people with two suitcases. Location is 5 minutes away from a subway station, it will take about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center. The only minor drawback is there is not much restaurants nearby so we had to take breakfast/dinner somewhere near the center. Hotel's breakfast look good but we didn't not tried it.

Air conditioning in halls work too hard, so it may be cold there.

The location is very convenient to get to from Shin Osaka station, the room was FANTASTIC! Superbly appointed, comfy huge beds, on-site sento (public bath) with good (but very aggressive) massage recliners. They also offered free soba noodles in the evenings which was a nice way to enjoy the evening after we'd been out.

Honestly, nothing about the facilities requires huge improvement. We had no major complaints.

Room was very nice. Loved the additional couch for seating or lounging. Enjoyed the free nightly noodle meal.

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood less than 10 min walk from Shin-Osaka station. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were super friendly

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. Too many things made we love this hotel. The room was very clean and aesthetic, the morning buffet was yummy and traditional, the staffs are friendly (they try their best to assist us in English,) the check-in/checkout process was simple and convenient, and the skincare products they provided worked on my skin really well! The location is perfect! It's really close to the subway station. The area is peaceful. There is a ramen place right across the street, and we love it a lot. Our own awesome experience: we forgot an item at a hotel in Sapporo, and we didn't know how to get it without flying back there. After we told the staff here about the incident, they immediately contacted that hotel. We luckily received the item before we moved to the next city! I love how they always try their 200% to give us the best experience. We definitely book here again on our next stay in Osaka.

Everything. The free noodle at night, the breakfast, the bathhouse, the room, the restroom. Everything is perfect! The location is also perfect, convenient to everywhere.

Great location in a quieter suburb but a quick train/metro away from other attractions. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the onsen was lovely.

Beautiful modern hotel. Hotel, room and facilities are new and updated. Rooms with amenities made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was Japanese style and absolutely wonderful (no Western style breakfast). Hotel spa was great after a long day of sightseeing. Complimentary soba noodles in hot broth after 9 p.m. was delightful after a long day. Staff very pleasant. Located about 8 minute walk from major transportation hub, close to restaurants and very large supermarket.

Room was small even by Japanese standards. Okay for one person but probably difficult for more than one person with luggage. Rooms get warm during night so needed AC and cannot open windows because of outside train noise. Location is fine but some might find it a bit too far from station.

Breakfast was FIRE! We had breakfast for 2 of the days we stayed, and we really enjoyed the Japanese spread - there was a lot of options like tempura, curry, miso, chawamushi. But it is crowded depending on the season!Also really enjoyed the free soba at night, it was delicious.We also loved going to the onsen, which is equipped with massage chairs and a vanity area with various items to aid your self-care!
