Good location. The walk to the metro station was around 10 minutes or so. Across the street and a block away is the Shinsaibashi Shopping District. Great breakfast consisting of both Japanese and Western food. Fairly large room with a comfy bed. Nice shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely bar that overlooks the city. Spacious lobby with comfy sofas and chairs - good for waiting for fellow travelers to emerge from their rooms.

My room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with just a short walk to shopping attractions.

And if you come in the perfect time of the year, they'll start lighting the tress and streets to prepare for Christmas. Don't even start with concierge as well - she provided more than just a simple checking-ins and outs, but helped me in every little way and made me feel at home. You want to feel what it means to receive Japanese service? Come to this hotel. Every money you spent here is exceptional and worth it.
The hotel was stunning in decor and rooms were beautiful, comfortable and well appointed with luxury linens and furnishings. Close to shopping, main sites and transit. The laundry room was great and easy to use. Comprehensive breakfasts and went out of their way to ensure I was safe with my food allergies.
