Hotel Trend Nishi Shinsaibashi

Location was great with easy access to metro lines and short walking distance from Dotonbori. Staff were friendly and the hotel covered all the basic needs for a hassle-free stay.

Room is slightly cramped but acceptable given the price. Anyway, you are going to be spending most of your time out exploring the city.

The location of the property to Dotonbori Street and food.the beds were comfortableRoom 702... super dusty walls.... take the wall duster and wipe them down

The annoying light that kept going on everytime there was a small movement in our bedthe weird bathrooms and the step down from the bathroom

Location, friendly stuff

Feels like small cave , small elevator, small corridor. Tiny checking area . Our room window is a few feet to next building . No breakfast.

Location is good. Facilities functional and clean.

Room too small for 2 persons. Policy of checkout time at 10am is too rigid. I requested for 1030 and the staff responded with Y500.

It was convenient going to places

The aircon was not working, it was hot all the time, the duvet was boiling hot, the sensor light was very sensitive and trigger with every small movement, we needed to block the sensor to get a good night sleep

Location was central and very convenient, especially for the price. Room was clean and surprisingly large with all amenities listed. Staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Requested a nonsmoking room and didn't smell any smoke at all. Family Mart conveniently located next door. Would definitely stay again!

I give 9/10 for location since it is just a few minute walk to Dotonburi and familymart is beside the hotel.Room size is pretty small but it is understandble for the price. Two movable twin beds are the best when combine two beds, its bigger than King bed. Perfect size for a family with a kid!Staffs are very helpful. They provide the umbrella for you.

Only 2-3 Sqm. lobby area is the smallest lobby hotel I have ever been to.

The light near the toilet that automatically turns on when you walk near… It woke us up every time one of us wanted to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.
