Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Umeda

It's a 10 minute walk from Osaka/Umeda stations. There's a ladies floor which has a lounge with massage chairs, coffee machine, washing machines and water dispenser. Your room key allows you access to that floor which made me feel safe.

Almost everything in the room (except the bed, tabletop, sofa, chair, bathtub and sink) had a layer of dust - it seemed like the room had not been cleaned or used for a while.

Central area

Small-esh room. Personnel not as friendly.

Stayed one night. Free coffee at the lobby. Great value and location. Multi-language staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Location is central to all that I did. I had to remember to put on the "Clean Room" sticker every day to make sure that the room was to be cleaned. The restaurant provided a great breakfast, and the choices for lunch and dinner were great for those used to that of locals.

To find the hotel from the airport, I was at the mercy of the big hotels around. Several people didn't know the hotel location. Google Maps was supposed to help but I didn't have it due to no Wifi. There is no set address that helps. The room size is not for people accustomed to US hotel room sizes.

No American Breakfast

Love everything about this stay. Food, staff and room everything was just perfect.

Location. Close to all train stations in Umeda. Bus station to airport was about 5 minute walk. Great dining and shopping area.

Nothing fancy. I stayed here twice. Interior is basic . There is enough room. Nothing spectacular or different

The location was near the center of Umeda. Not a long walk to the airport bus transfer. The room was clean. They had free amenities which you can get in the lobby. Receptionists spoke English so it was easy to communicate with them.

Location was perfect, very close to a conference venue near the train station. Room was small, but it had everything that one needs, it was clean and cozy. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The breakfast was good, but if you stay for several days you get tired of having only four quite similar choices each day. Colleagues that payed through Booking had a problem getting their invoices in the hotel, but at the end they managed by bypassing the hotel's IT system.

Great location, close to shops/ train station and good food options. It’s tucked away on a small road so no loud noises from traffic or people at night.

The bathroom and tub was bigger than average business hotels. Had water server. Staff were supportive.

Air conditioning and/or fan would stop without the room key.

Great location and cleanliness!

Breakfast is below average and service in restaurant is average. There is no spread, limited to 5 prefixed options . Out of four days we paid for Breakfast, we only went once. I would suggest not to include Breakfast as part of your room booking. Umeda has multiple restaurant choices and cuisines.TV in the room is antique 32 inch and does not support any OTT APP like Netflix. Expect the chain to provide minimum services commonly available rather than cutting the corners.

A few minutes walk from the Umeda Station

Room is small. We asked for one extra comforter but they couldn’t not provide any.

The location is great. Pretty close to Osaka station and Umeda commercial area. Lots of restaurants nearby. KIX/ITM airport shuttle bus is just 5 mintues walking distance away.

Great location with easy access to multiple metro stations and plenty of nearby restaurants. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the room is well-equipped. Room size is typical for a hotel in the city center.

The room was clean and functional, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good rest. There was a water dispenser on my floor, which was very convenient and helped save money on bottled water. Pajamas and basic amenities could be picked up by yourself in the lobby, which was a nice self-serve option.

The hotel is quite pricey for what it offers, and children are charged as adults, which can significantly increase the cost for families. The location is also a bit inconvenient. Since the surrounding area is large, it requires a long walk just to get there from both JR and metro stations. The nearby station is a major interchange, and navigating it was confusing.The shower setup wasn’t great, as it was hard to avoid getting the floor wet even with the curtain. I also found it a bit uncomfortable that there was a light panel outside each room that lit up only when the key card was inserted—this seemed to indicate whether someone was inside, which felt a bit intrusive. Shower caps were not included with the amenities available in the lobby. I had to ask the front desk to get one, which seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the nail clipper could be borrowed but had to be returned after use. Considering it could be contaminated by other guests, it didn’t feel hygienic to reuse it. Staff service was average—not particularly friendly or attentive.

The staff especially the front desk are very helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and the facilities and the rooms are still new. The location is very convenient and it is close to everything.
