Rooms were small
Stayed one night after arriving at the airport on our way to Kyoto. Room was adequate for what we needed. Good location of hotel, near to trains. Would stay again.
The hotel is nice and the room is spacious, but you can tell its age. The location is very near Umeda station and surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores, super accessible.

Good location. Quiet. Staff was excellent. Responded promptly to a couple of emails I sent. Laundry facilities were clean and machines easy to operate.

The location was very convenient and close to public transportation and a lot of restaurants, the staff were very helpful and kind, the room was quite clean.
The only problem was that the room had a bit of a smell due to moisture, which went away when the air conditioner worked. Perhaps it would be a good idea to put air purifiers around the hotel.

The walk might be inconvenient if you have. Large luggage as it is not a straight walk, you have to navigate a little bit
Cheap and cheerful, idea for the 1 night stay while i went to a show/live music at the "noon and cafe" 5min walk away.

Convenient place to stay close to Osaka Umeda but without the complete craziness, with comfortable rooms.
Location good - close to train stations and shopping areas. The Umeda Sky Building where the observatory is, is reachable on foot.
Bed was too soft. There was no reading light close to the bed.
