Four Points Flex by Sheraton Shin Osaka

Considering it was a Sheraton property my expectations were high, the room was tiny. The amenities were ok, it didn't feel special like other Sheraton properties do. We booked it pretty late, so the prices were high as well.

The breakfast food and the amenities in the room, everything was self serve. Like I said the rooms very tiny.

Location - close to mtr and train station

Breakfast option is limited. Need more laundry machine

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered!(shout-out to Yuuta-san who helped me dispatch my suspiciously large bad back to Tokyo lol!) People from Osaka do live up to their reputation of being incredibly nice. The rooms were comfortable (I could live on those beds) and the amenities were plenty. Everything was very clean, and the location was suberb for those who like to transit between cities in Kansai.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was hard to stay there for 4 nights given that the hotel had an eco program which only turns on the heating or air blower function.

Only 2 laundry machines. One was broken and another one was always occupied.

Loved our stay! It’s located right outside the train stations and there is a Lawsons and 711 right outside the hotel! The restaurant right outside was really good as well, and at a great price. On top of that they also give hotel guests a discount. The hallway also had a water refill station right outside our hotel room, very convenient :)

The staff spoke English or were able to communicate with us. They were very attentive and also answered any question we may have during the stay. The room is not too big, but the space is just perfect. In our case we had 4 suite cases and everything fit well in the room. The hotel is so close to the station, which is a plus and comes really handy.

The (included) breakfast was more than adequate. And the proximity to the Shin-Osaka station (our reason for choosing this hotel) was great. An added bonus was that there's a wonderful izakaya almost immediately next to the hotel. We ate there two nights in a row.

It would have been helpful to have clear directions from the hotel showing how to walk from the train station to the hotel. We got a bit lost the first time and it took longer than it should have.

It was very close to Osaka Metro. Which made it very convenient for getting a round. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also a place to eat is conveniently attached to property, in case you didn’t feel like going out to eat.

The laundry dryer was not very efficient. It required using numerous cycles and still not fully dry. Had to hang dry after taking out. The rooms are not very large, just an FYI. It didn’t really bother us too much, as we were always going out.

Even tho it's right by the subway and major station, it's incredibly quiet. The staff is extremely helpful too. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how safe I felt . Also extra towels each day was a bonus

Very Comfort and clean, and checking in and out is very simple and gentle. I like also the minimum available amenity that is environment friendly. Also, the location is perfect to access either the local metro and the Shinkansen.

As I was on business trip, I feel a little unsecured with a free Wi-Fi without logging-in system. I believe it was just accessible by anyone who is close to the facility.

Room was very small. Washer/dryer machine was easy to use but failed to dry our clothes. They were still very damp.

Perfect location, friendly staff, comfy beds, great service and a super nice view of the railway. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is located very close to SHIN OSAKA Station. its just 800 mts away. The nearest entrance to Midosji Line Gate 7. The breakfast is vegetarian non friendly. If you are a Vegetarian, pls dont opt for the breakfast

Breakfast spread for vegetarian was very very limited. Its NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Close to Shin-Osaka station. Very clean. And very comfortable.
