Perfect location: 101 shops, bars and restaurants within minutes, 7/11 across, subway 3 minutes! Rooms are ok for solo travellers like me, but I wouldnt wanna stay there with my wife. Bathroom and bedding is good too!
Wifi was sometimes not good enough for video. Also, the breakfast is very poor, but with 101 options on your door step, who cares?!

Advertised queen bed was not a queen but two twins next to each other. Bathroom absolutely stank of sewage.
I was going on an early one day tour so the position of the hotel was perfect. A very comfortable bed as well and a bath.

The location was nice, next to Dotonbori.
The rooms did not seem to be cleaned properly. The floor carpet and the curtains were stained and the tv remote was very dirty.There was also a lot of noise from inside and outside the hotel.

The cleaning part needs to be request and require payment every time you needed room to be clean.

Great location side to Kuromon Market and easy walk to Namba. The stay was comfortable and bath was nice.
The room had a large bathroom, easy to travel to Nara using the station and to walk to Namba station using the Namba walk. Staff were super friendly.
The towels smell stale. The room was run down, walls are damaged and it smells musty. The double bed was two singles pushed together which was extremely uncomfortable, and the light in the room is on a sensor that cannot be turned off, very annoying if someone gets up in the night.
Welcome snacks! Clean and comfy bed! Very near to Nippombashi Subway Station.
Nothing. But I left my Iphone charger and travel adapter before checkout and had only realized it at night when I have arrived in Kyoto. Tried to ask the hotel to look for it but they said they couldn’t. What a bummer?
