Pros +
- The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although the room was small, it was well maintained and functional. The location is central and very well connected by public transport, and while the area is not the prettiest, it never felt unsafe. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable option.
- It had a lot of amenities like onsen, massage chairs, etc
- Right next to the T and a supermarket, close to attractions.
Cons -
- The hotel felt quite crowded, as it is popular with local families due to the free ramen dinner and buffet, which caused queues for the elevators, especially in the evenings. Additionally, considering the area, the price felt a bit high, even though we stayed during peak season at the end of the year.
- Although there were a lot of amenities, it was also hard to enjoy the amenities because this hotel works with your companies so it is jam PACKED. the revelatory takes forever so you have to wait a lot time for the elevator. The meets massage chairs but all the Chinese tourists are all over it that you have to wait forever to maybe get a turn. Their toilet smells like sewer all the time, especially when it flushes. The people at the front desk are not very friendly or nice. No smiles and they look like they’re exhausted and done with that job.

Too crowded!
Really liked the consistently supplied water bottles included with your stay :)Super appreciated and helpful for beating the heat ??
Wifi was kind of spotty the further from the main floor you were but it’s overall fine if you’re just a little patient with it.
Very kind staff. Facilities are old and feels like a lunch cafeteria
Old Rusty around the edges
Location was excellent! Super close to the metro and Shisekai—a major shopping street filled with shops and restaurants. Breakfast had nice offerings and we loved the free beer, ice cream, and ramen!
Staff was hospitable and accommodating. Very close to train station. Convenient and accessible fo great tourist spots.
It can be loud and crowded during check in and check out.
Good location- on the corner is the entrance to the Shinkesai Market and all the dozens of restaurants and shops there. Family Market across the street, and a metro entrances on the corner. The evening free ramen offering was crowded but nice, as was the free alcohol hour.
The hotel has a counter in the lobby with a counter for the staff and a large cafeteria-style restaurant space is nearby. What it lacks is any space or chairs to sit and relax or wait for someone. It looks like the space near the front door has been turned into a staging area for luggage for tour groups.
Freebies, room size, onsen
Only 2 washing machine for big hotel
Convenient location. Close to anything.
Too crowded for breakfast and free drinks section. Little uncomfortable to hot spring from hotel.
Good location near Nippombashi (15-20 min walk or 1 station by metro). The onsen was really nice and clean, we went everyday! The staff was really nice and helpful, they even sent me a package to my next hotel.
It felt a bit “cheap” not elevated with all the laminated notes everywhere, the free drinks every evenings and free ramen after, it felt like a cheap beer party. The rooms are very small too.
The comfortable bed, relaxing onsen, yummy food, and rooftop garden with a beautiful view.
No fault of the property but some guests would talk loud outside the hallway.
Cleaning staff good on replenishing the room with amenities and the service staffs at breakfast especially elderly ones such as the person that check in breakfast tickets are nice and pleasant. My family really enjoyed the alcohol hour and ramen hour event.
Booked two rooms: one was a triple, the third extra bed was too hard and uncomfortable woke up everyday not so nice. Closet small could not really be use, room entrance kind of small, luggage and shoe block most of the area; made go in and out of bathroom and to hallway inconvenient.Breakfast, my family felt did not have much of a variety compare to other similar hotels: this is my 3rd visit to Japan and we have stay in various hotels and different Japan prefectures. The meal slightly change everyday: one or two items might be substituted, but felt everyday was eating the same menu. Had 5 day breakfast plan, by the second day we were bored with the menu and kind did not want to eat. But the positive side it made us have light start everyday as we ate less.
The staff were very helpful. The location was good. They have a free happy hour from 3:30 to 8:30 with a large variety of drinks.
The room was very small. It was kinda smelly and the hallways were a little dirty. It felt like it used to be a really nice hotel at one point but just kinda outdated now.
The unlimited ramen and alcohol made this hotel stand out.
This hotel caters to bus loads of tourists at a time. so you do get overwhelmed by random title waves of people.
I like the hotel location very close to subway. Our room is in good size with a lot of space to handle our luggage, bed is very comfort. Room is clean and lighting is bright and soft. I will book this hotel again next time.
Breakfast is not included even though we have booked 3 nights in this hotel. A big crowded in the main floor during the night time. No privacy or quiet place to chat with our friends.
Nothing except perhaps that it’s close to a subway stop.
I wasn’t happy with my stay because the hotel fell far below the usual Japanese standards. The room and facilities are old, worn, and outdated, and the level of cleanliness just wasn’t there. Overall, the property didn’t match the quality or care I’ve come to expect in Japan.
Large rooms according to Japanese standards, good breakfast and convenient location. Nice terrace overlooking the city. 3 elevators.
the onsen is outside the hotel building, limited space for leaving the luggage, no lobby or private space for customers. The wifi was slow.
Omsen and the free noodles and drink. Great location. Easy check in.
We liked the hotel, location and the value. Yes its a bit busy in breakfast area and in the evening, but for us that was not an issue. Free drinks and ramen are great, but not a deal breaker. It was great to have onsen as an added benefit too. Location was great with metro just 2 min walk.
