The place was cozy and near the train station. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable for sleepingz

The food was the same the whole of our stay.

The location is great since it’s a walking distance from Shinshaibashi and the staff is super helpful and friendly

The bed was uncomfortable cause the mattress is too thin and the room temperature was all over the place. I only stayed for a night but I don’t think I’ll stay for couple days

The location was great! Not too far from dontonbori. staff was very accommodating and kind. The amenities were awesome, loved the manga library. we also appreciated the ability to forward our luggage to the next location.

The only complaints were that the bed was a bit hard and we found a stain on the comforter, but when we informed staff they replaced the comforter right away

Great location - right near all the shinsaibashi shopping, a 10 minute walk to dotonbori. The subway station is an 8 min walk away. The staff were super helpful in forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. They call the hotel and make all the arrangements which was super convenient. The room was a typical business hotel in terms of size but had enough space for us to open 2 large suitcases.

The mattress was a bit too hard and the pillows were lumpy. Also we only got 1 pillow each. Didn’t love the smell of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

We were unaware that we booked a smoking room (was not clear when we booked), and the hotel could not accommodate a move

The best thing about this hotel is the location, front staff, and it had laundry machines (only 4 in total though). The staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the very unsanitary first room we were provided.

The manager seemed very rude and was very difficult to speak or get a hold of. Only the front staff were able to communicate with him via phone. He was originally not going to provide us the first night as a refund despite there being small bugs, a smear on the ceiling, mold, and dust in our room (have pictures). After 2 hours of discussion and debate he finally offered the night refund and a second deep cleaning (the first still showed very easily noticeable signs of dust and mold). He said he cannot guarantee a room that is spotless or without mold and if we are not ok with his offer then take a full refund and go somewhere else...

This was our worst hotel on the trip in Japan. While the lobby looks fine, the rooms are filthy dirty and smelly. The carpet was so disgusting and stunk that we could barely breathe. AC was blowing mouldy air which made the room smell worse. On top of that the pipes in the bathroom smelled with strong sewage odor. We could not relax in the hotel and could not wait till the end of our stay. Please avoid this place, reviews are misleading!

Room is a big small but it's normal for the price in Osaka.

Location is excellent, staff was great. Toiletries are on point... quintessa always has some great options for free Toiletries. Makes it easy to travel light.

It was a thin mattress, hard pillows. No room to hang up any clothing other than the one hanger provided. For a single traveler space was tight, for two travelers it was very cramped.

Parking was available for additional cost. Manga books in English were available in their library.

The manga English section was small.

The room was super clean and comfy. Staff were astronomically polite and helpful. Great location too.

The bed was not comfortable and only came with one pillow as flat as a paper plate. However, that's consistent with every hotel I have been to in Japan.

The time I book twice but they don’t let me stay same room us not a good thing to check out of availability and need to move to other rooms the next day to check in again it’s so terrible customer care should prioritize the client be comfortable as expected not to wait the next day to have another rooms again but after that all good ???

Shower was great, fridge in the room was great, close to Dotombori and a bunch of shops with great food. Staff was helpful and two of the three front desk workers spoke English.

The front desk allows you to store your things while waiting for check-in, and the walk from the train station is not far.

Unlike other hotels, this one only sold umbrellas, and did not allow you to borrow them for the day.

Location was good and my room was quiet.

The property didnt provide drinking water or at least provide an empty glass bottle per room and just refill it at the lobby (for their eco program).We have to buy from the vending machine everytime we needed drinking water which defeats the eco program.
