Great staff, great views from the room.

No central AC from the building during the winter.

Very good location and easy to get here from airport . Stay here a few times already .

Location. Modern interior. Larger room for Japanese standards.

Room wall was dirty. Carpet dirty. Hallway smelled.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious

My personal preference, but wish it was located to more attractions. Right next to a station which was awesome but usually took one or two transfers to get to our destinations.

Location was perfect for Solaniwa onsen. Right next to train station. Very cute breakfast. Clean. Staffs were super nice.

It was little too small but understandable. Little noisy from the train.

It was fine. The location was very convenient to the train and 7-11 for food.

Had to pay 1000 Yen for them to hold our luggage for a few hours after check out. Other hotels in Japan did not charge. Also, we arrived 15 minutes prior to 3pm check in, but had to wait until 3pm. Usually if a room is available the guest is able to check in early at other hotels.

1.) Small and compact with 3 beds in one room.-you get what you pay for.2.) Breakfast buffet not great, went to 7/11 all the time.3.) Room and bathroom cramped.

Location is very near station..Room size quite spacious..Stafg very friendly amd helpfull..

The location close to station and shops and restaurants and bars. Very close to Osaka Bay Tower too with all its shops. Price was great. Room was a good size. The laundry was not busy so great for washing clothes. Love that 7/11 was downstairs next door. The two train lines nearby make it easy to get to anywhere in Osaka.

There was a slight damp smell in my bathroom. Everything else was great.

The aloof nature of the staff, especially one older female staff. It doesn’t take much to smile.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if being well connected by public transport is the goal. The room was very comfortable for our family of 3. The complementary breakfast worked nicely for us too.

A food service other than breakfast would be ideal.

Rooms are spacious, subway is around the corner.

There’s not much to do in the neighborhood

EXCELLENT location, like 2 min from the station (there are metro and jr lines), great facilities, cleaning every day. The only negative thing is breakfast, they give you only onigiri and soup, and a bit of packed pastries. The coffee was good, though.

They actually provide free breakfast every morning which is very convenient for tourist. Bath tub is very useful after a day of walking. Staff speaks English well which is great. They provide free toiletries. Very clean room, confortable bed, consider quite a spacious room in Japan. Enjoyed the room a lot. It is about 2 minutes walk to Bentencho station and there are many restaurant around the hotel. Right beside the hotel is 7-11.

Clean, good amenities and even provide a very basic breakfast. We mainly stayed there to go early to Universal Studio Osaka and it worked perfectly
