A truly amazing hotel, so so clean, with super helpful staff, very comfortable and plush beds (they're much better than the photos make them seem) in the heart of Osaka, for a great price. 10/10, we'll be back!

I didn’t like that the room was a smoking room. I did not see this detail anywhere on the site when booking the room. I also wasn’t able to change to a smoking free room either.

Great location! Close to convenience stores, malls, train access, and a lively shopping street. The room is quiet and equipped with all the necessary comforts, and the bedding is very comfortable. The onsen spa is clean and relaxing. Breakfast offers a nice variety of food.

The luggage deposits were left near the gate doesn't seems so secured.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, a good night quality sleep. Even when I open the window to get fresh air, its pretty quiet. Close to several halal restaurants. Like the given amenities. Laundry room and vending machine was clean and easy to access as its on my floor.

After long walks in Osaka, 10 - 15 minutes walk from train station was felt far, but still ok.

Room is spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, housecleaning option everyday and even though we had a do not disturb sign, they left new towels, slippers, and etc in a bag in front of our door which I appreciated. Breakfast options are great and staff are nice!

Location is convenient but is still a good walking distance. Wish the rooftop bar was also open but it was temporarily closed during our stay

It is very well located. Rooms are small as expected from Japanese hotels, but the bed was a little bigger (a plus), which required more imagination for managing the luggage

Breakfast and amenities outside of the room were rather simple, not as good as in order hotels we stayed in Japan.

The location is excellent — just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and nearby attractions, with plenty of great restaurants around. The room isn’t very large but well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel facilities are impressive, especially the traditional onsen available for free, and the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks are a lovely touch. The staff are also very nice and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Location is perfect, close to everything that matters on a trip. Many touristy spots nearby but also many local restaurants so you get to both see the tourist side of Osaka while also meeting locals.Breakfast was great. We were in a hurry to leave early and they gave us something to put whatever we wanted from the breakfast buffet and carry it with us to go. Highly appreciate that!You have different types of bread and tea for free in reception every day.

The rooms is extremely small and not a lot of natural light through the window. Definitely only ok to sleep and leave the minute you wake up.Staff is okay but they could be much friendlier if they wanted to, I think.

The staff were super friendly, both at the front desk and at breakfast. We likes the breakfast too. limited continental breakfast items but plenty of local options which was very nice. The location was good - easy access to Shinsaibashi station and also the main Dotonbori area.

The size of the rooms. The smallest of rooms (even smaller than the ones we got in Tokyo!!) believe it or not. There was a laundromat facility in the hotel - but some of the machines left a stink in the clothes!!! We struggled with the capacity of the machines too - which resulted in the clothes not drying and having to leave them for multiple drying cycles, drying clothes in our rooms, etc.

In a great location in between two subway stations which means off the main streets and a bit quieter from the hustle and bustle of Shinsaibashi. Dotonbori is totally walkable. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Breakfast was hearty, freshly made, and nutritious with plenty of options (American, Japanese, baked goods, etc.)

As with most Japanese hotels, the rooms are on the smaller side especially if you're staying as a family of four. We constantly kept bumping into each other to get to one side of the room to the other. But this was expected and we were totally ok with it. Part of the Japanese experience.

Amazing hotel, 3 to 5 minute walk to dontabari. Facilities and breakfast were very good. Hotel staff was amazing. There are a lot of restaurants and places nearby.

Showers was a little hard to use.

The room was clean but very very small. We'd expect a tad bigger from the pictures.We also got noise from construction worker nearby during the night, the soundproof is not great. However the hotel staff is really kind and when we reported the noise, they assigned us another room on the other side of the Hotel so we could have a decent night for the rest of our stay.

The hotel provided all we needed for a 4 night stay. The location was a short walk to Dotonbori and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were a decent size for 2 people and were clean.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

The public bath was a bit cold and not very large, but it was still a great experience!

They don’t replace our glasses or cups daily
