Location

We stayed in two rooms with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were 23 m², which is noticeably larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and they were very comfortable and well designed. All the facilities met our needs perfectly.The complimentary coffee offered at the reception was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The pajamas were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing.We were also impressed by the wide range of complimentary personal items available at the reception, including toothbrushes, combs, makeup remover, and skincare creams. Having access to these essentials free of charge was very convenient, especially when traveling with children.Overall, it was a comfortable, thoughtful, and family-friendly stay. We truly enjoyed it and would gladly stay again.

Very convenient to Namba OCAT station with only about a 5 minute walk. Hotel was quiet even if it's located in the busy Namba area. Easier to walk to Namba Parks area above ground. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel so much that we stayed here at the beginning and ending of our trip. Staff is so friendly and loved the variety of food available for breakfast. Conveniently located near Namba station but closer to the OCAT station. Close to Dotonburi but located in a much quieter area of Namba.

Location was good with subways,buses and walking areas all around. Very clean. Good morning breakfast with fresh hot food every day.

Big bath, convenient location without the noise of dotonburi, good breakfast. There is two entrances to namba station (31, 32) nearby.

The room was very small , The saff in the front desk do not speak english , The hotel suitable to japanese tourist is not Western tourist

The location was amazing. Ten minute walk from the famous dotunburi area.

The rooms are particularly small. Even by Japan’s standards.

The location is great - near convenience stores and the Nankai Rapit Line, so going to and from the Kansai International Airport is a breeze. Staff is amazing, they received a package ahead of time for me.Breakfast buffet is decent if it's already included in your cost. My biggest criteria was a separate bath and toilet which this hotel has. A lot of hotels for similar pricing didnt have it, and having a separate tub, shower and toilet made this a good deal.

Rooms are a bit smaller compared to comparable pricing in Kyoto but spacious enough compared to comparable pricing in Tokyo. It was a double room and would be too small with a companion, but big enough for a solo traveler like me. It's not a big gripe considering the space alloted for the bathroom.

The location is great (right next to the train station, and walking distance from major tourist sites), and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were able to accommodate our party by helping us get two rooms on the same floor. The bathroom and shower area was enormous.

The bathroom was great, but it did make up nearly half the floor space of the room. The room reminded me a bit of rooms I've stayed at in cruise ships. Most of the appliances and signage are in Japanese, so you'll want to have a translator app handy to figure out how to use the thermostat.

Parking and Location.

There’s not enough storage/space in the room and the breakfast was not exciting but it was not bad.

Amazing location just few minutes walking from Dotonbori street & market. Hotel clean and room is convenient. Staff is polite and helpful.

The room is spacious and clean. It is also very near to everything. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely go back and recommend this to our friends.

I think I like everything.

Got scammed by the hotel. They said the payment was wrong by 1 yen so they have to refund me the original payment and charge me the correct one. I said ok but when I check my credit card, the refunded amount was 3000 yen less!

Convenient, central location in Namba, away from the busy part of Namba shops which is relaxing and quiet, but not far fromneighboring restaurants. Quite easy to catch a taxi too.

Location is near to subway and bus station. Staff is very helpful.
