    Pros +

    • The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was small, but cozy. The record player in the room was a fantastic touch. The dinner was a great way to finish off the day and the music playing was a comfortable volume both for listening and having a conversation.
    • First off the vibes were immaculate! Record players in each room!! Amazing! There were tons of places to eat and a short walk to the subway! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here!
    • Staff was very helpful and nice. The selection of music records and free snacks made my stay very pleasant. The lighting in the room and cleanliness made me feel cozy. The check-in process was smooth and everything was explained to me. There is a communal kitchen and area to relax. If I’m ever back in Osaka, I will stay at this place again just for the hospitality and the overall vibe of the place.

    Cons -

    • It's a little bit of a walk from the nearest train station, but nothing terrible.
    • The hotel was so nice it was hard to think of anything negative! The bathroom was a little small but it got the job done!
    • The hotel was about 8-10 minutes away from the station. If you’re carrying big luggage, this may be an inconvenience. Quiet hours start after 9 PM, but are not strictly enforced since the staff are not available/go home at that time. There were some guests who were loud late at night (having full-blown conversations in the hallway).

Hotel She, Osaka is really good. the staff is really attentive and helpful, they answered all our questions in good english and even helped us with the Yamato luggage service to Kyoto. The room is really comfortable and big for what we were expecting. A little far from the train station, but only if you have been walking +20k steps. Absolutely would stay here again!

    Everything was good!

The continental breakfast was fresh every morning with a selection of juices. The salad was refreshing and the breads were delicious.

Boutique hotel with a very friendly staff and useful services in the lobby. The laundry in the same building was very convenient and the pajamas they gave us were the best we got in our trip.

It’s not greatly connected to the most touristic areas (like 40-50min with transfers). This was particularly inconvenient when arriving and leaving due to having to carry the luggage until the main train station. There also weren’t a lot of food places nearby.

This hotel has amazing and very cool polite! There are super friendly and easy going. Not to say you have welcoming drinks and bites! From non alcoholic to alcohol. Which is Super! Also various choice of vinyl records plus in your room! How cool is that! Highly recommended this place!! And metro station is like 10 min walking

There is nothing not to like on this property.

Friendly staff, free refreshments in the evening, self-serve breakfast, bathtub, hip vibe

Room was a bit small even from what we expected, single sink/shower faucet was weird

The room size was larger than most other hotels we have stayed at in Japan so far, and it was nice to have a couch.

Upon arriving at the hotel there was no one in the lobby, just one person working in the kitchen. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I think there’s a reason they don’t show the bathroom in the room photos. Especially because the room is so dark, waking into the bathroom is jarring because it is so stark and institutional with horrible lighting. The room was incredibly humid even with the AC and dehumidifier on, any clothes left out felt wet. The bathroom also had lots of dirty spots. The towels were paper thin and never got replaced despite staff saying that they would be changed daily. The walls and couch had stains and the floor, especially under the bed was very dirty. It looked like no one had ever cleaned under the bed, with lots of random lost items underneath. Overall, the room felt dark and dingy and it was a very disappointing stay.

    Cozy, modern, clean!

It was very humid in the room, maybe due to the weather outside.

Friendly and caring staff, very nice and clean facilities with a nice environment, different from the traditional Japanese vibe, but still with the same wormth.

The only thing was that I left the bathroom door open during the night and the exaust vibration started to make a loud noise during the night.

This hotel is stylish and full of character, but also very well-designed in terms of functionality. The room is small (although normal-sized for a hotel this price in urban Japan) but is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need, as well as something you probably would never imagine you did - its own record player! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic!

    Perfect in every way.

Location, amenities, rooms, beds, bathrooms, great water pressure in shower.

Our room was the perfect size for my child and myself. The staff were kind and welcoming. Room was clean and everything we needed was there or easily accessible. Laundry facilities on site is a big plus as we have stayed in other spots that have not had that. Loved the record player in the room. Honestly, a perfect little spot.

    I have nothing to say.

The room is super cute and although it's small, it's very well designed and thought out. The little sofa is a nice touch if you need to work a bit. The amenities products are absolutely fabulous! I didn't used my own while I stayed there. The lobby space is also great, I really like the place and I'm super happy with my choice. Would stay again! Also: bonus appreciation points for the washers and dryers on my floor! YAY!

We stayed here for 5 nights while we visited Expo 2025. We chose this particular hotel because it was close (only 10 min walk) to Bentecho station of the Chuo Line and also to Bentecho JR station from where we could easily reach Kansai Airport. The hotel has an insteresting style, with vinyl music player in every room. There is everything you need, the staff was young and really kind, welcoming. Our stay was overall a good experience.

The breakfast wasn't that rich, but it wasn't bad either, we could fill our bellies before a long day of Expo. It is more like a sandwich breakfast with toastbread, croissant, ham, cheese, omelette, tomatoes. Coffee and juice also. Maybe some cereals could be added. It was not a negative thing, but be prepared that it won't be that rich kind of breakfast hotels usually have.

The hotel was very convenient in location. Only around a 5min walk from the nearest station which was a station away from the one that takes you to USJ. The hotel is small and with a retro vibe, but it was very clean and simple. The room was very comfortable for two people. We booked a double room. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially for me. I had a swollen ankle and had to ask for ice every day for my ice pack and they were very kind. The hotel was also walking distance to konbinis and great food places nearby.

The pillows were stupidly hard. It was uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast had little to no variety. Its mostly salad, fruits, and bread. So that was disappointing for me as I don't like fruits or salads. I wouldn't recommend booking with breakfast included. Better off buying breakfast at a konbini nearby. The hotel also offers food like shakes and pizza, but the pizza choices were odd for us. I would prefer they had regular cheese/margherita pizza as an option.
