Kamon Hotel Namba

The staff was wonderful. The location can't be beat. It was perfect to explore Osaka.

The bathroom had an odour to it. The mattresses need to be a little thicker - we doubled one up and it was OK, but on its own, the wood could be felt and was painful. The cost was too high for what it was, but we went during high tourist season.

Everything was fairly clean and it was in a good central area of Osaka. The workers were able to accommodate us despite knowing little Japanese. They were also able to hold our bags before check in.

The rooms were smaller than what I thought and there was very little space in the bathroom. The faucet/shower in the bathroom was also confusing and could have used with some additional instructions.

location is super fantastic! super close to train stations and the main dotonbori street. very clean property and all the staff we spoke with was incredibly kind and patient.

it IS a little bit small in the 2 bed rooms. we didn't really care as we were only really in the hotel to get ready and sleep, but i don't think i'd stay as a group of three if i rebooked.

Very good location and creative space. Nice to have the laundry & good breakfast.

Excellent location, very clean and good size room for the 3 of us (our suitcases fit well). We also enjoyed the Japanese breakfast. Great value, we would definitely come back! Nice soba restaurant nearby was a plus.

It did not bother us but some might find the mattress too hard.

Room was small - sufficient for a solo traveler though. Restaurant in the lobby was great. Location superb - close to Namba Station.

Location is great as it is nearby everything. Everybody in the reception is friendly and respectful. Quick check in. Enough space in the lobby to lounge with free coffee/teas.

The room is too small. Barely enough space for luggages specially with maximum occupancy in a room.

Very close to a subway station and nice staff. The lobby area reminds me of old Japanese period.

The location was perfect, close to Namba station, dotonbori and shinsaibashi. Great value for the price!

Location of the hotel is great, you can walk to the downtown area very easily and also get the subway close by. On the downside, the rooms are really small.

Nice vibe to the hotel, free rentals and decor were really fitting for the area. Front desk gave me a free pokemon keychain!

Little tight spaced for a couple of 6ft+ people but not unbearable!

The staff was friendly and always helped us with restaurants and things to do.

Although breakfast was delicious, the Japanese option could vary.

Its location is wonderful, close to Osaka Namba Statio an a subway line. Also, the staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way they can.

My friend and I wanted to pay with two different cards but ir wasn’t possible to split the bill.

Location was great! Room size nice.

Rooms felt dirty. Scuffs on walls. Carpet was gross. Beds were hard as rocks. 2” futon type mattress over wooden frame that squeaked every time someone moved.

Amazing location, able to accommodate our group of 6 for a great price. They have Japanese and western breakfast available for purchase and an izakaya open late.

The beds were uncomfortable for me, but everyone else in my group felt they were great for the price.

Loved this hotel. Staff were super. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable.

They stored our luggage before we checked in, allowing us to go sightseeing. We appreciated the free bike usage and rode to Osaka Castle. Daikoku Market and Dotonbori are all within walking distance.
