the location is near shopping malls,easy to travel

the surounding is messy, untidy, non-japanese people living here. Besides, not many restaurants nearbyThe hotel room is fit for one person. There are no water bottle as complimentary.

The location is perfect. Like 1-2minutes away from station exit4. The lobby was very clean and smells nice. Staff were so friendly and always smiling.

The rooms were tight. Toilet does not have the seat warmer. There is only shampoo and body wash. No hair conditioner. They should add a rack for clothes hanger inside the toilet. And they should put a cabinet

This hotel was fine. Rooms are clean, small but comfortable (unless you need more space; twin room maybe slightly more comfortable than double-bed room). Staff is friendly. Located just next to a metro station, including Osaka loop line, so easy to access and to reach other parts of town. At walking distance from many restaurants. Overall good value for money.

Fantastic location close to metro, JR and Airport railway as well as walking distance to tsutenkaku area shops and restaurants, zoo etc.Staff were very polite, 24 hr coffee, convenience store across the road, aircon, quiet room

Its near the most important station for Tokyo and Kyoto which is excellentThe check out is at 11 am which is soooooo good

Its pretty old and even the toilet is the old fashioned one, that you don’t see in Japan, i mean the ordinary one you can see everywhere around the world

Excellent location, very close to Shinimamiya station and MRT Doubutsumae station just walk 3-5 mins. Donki is just opposite side of JR Shinimamiya station open 9:00-5:00. Very convenient to go for shopping and walk back to the hotel.

- No bathtub but it is fine for me.- No automatic toilet flushing. It is not convenient in winter time.

This place was fine, clean and good for what we were looking for. Location wasn't bad, pretty close to the station. Interesting part of town.

Hotel staff could have been better, we had a few good people but the others weren't very helpful. The room was VERY small, this isnt the hotel's fault, but we were not ready for how tiny it was.

That the room wouldn’t be air conditioned when you went out. It required a key card to use the air conditioning so when you go out you have to bring it with you

We arrived to the property ahead of time and they were able to hold our bags for us which was a huge plus while we explored the city. The front desk always had someone there that was able to help as well. The room was basic but when all we needed it for was the shower and sleep it fit the bill. Right next to a train station as well so easy to get around.

A few additional photos of the room to really get an idea for scale of the room would have been nice. I had a feeling it was going to be fairly small with what we paid but that would have been nice to know ahead of time.

For the price it was perfect for a solo traveler. Clean, safe, friendly staff, quiet and in a great location. Lots of restaurants near and close to sight seeing. Thanks!

Very small and not really an issue, but the only con was that there were no cups for hot drinks. There were plastic cups in the washroom, but it would be great if there were mugs or paper cups for hot drinks.

very clean, had smoking area, felt luxurious because of the cards, actual reception, extremely cheap for the quality, infinite free coffee, amazing location, best place we stayed in out of Tokyo and Kyoto ❤️❤️❤️

It was gooood, they had good body wash and shampoo. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Its decently located near subway, nankai and JR lines to get into the city, airport or outside osaka.

The room could've been bigger but if you know what you're in for its not an issue

The hotel was in good location (near Metro, Shin-Imamiya station, Tsutenkaku tower and Family Mart was right in front of hotel). Staff were nice and helpful. The room were clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom were clean and no bad smell.

The room was too small for 3 people. And the one we stayed in the 1st. night had bed bugs, we told staff and they apologized and letted us change to another room and no more bed bugs.
