    Pros +

    • clean, affordable and good location.
    • It is very easy to check in and being able to store your luggage near the station was great! I would definitely stay there again. I liked that everything is automatic.
    • location

    Cons -

    • The advertisement is not clear that rooms do not have bathrooms. Bathrooms are shared among guests and there is a shower on the first floor. Check-in is by QR code in the lobby, that isn¿t staffed.
    • no reception, no elevator.
    • The check-in was over telecom, which felt a bit weird. It was totally fine for our stay, but it might've been slightly more comforting to have a staffed reception. Still, no problems.

Nice hotel. Excellent location, right in the middle of Namba. Very affordable too.

The room is great with a good amount of space for storage. the tatami mat and futon beds are greatthe location right across from a shopping centre and train station allows for great access to food

Great friendly staff. They even delivered my Amazon parcels to the room . The rooms was very spacious and a nice bathroom. The washer dryers were a bonus.

Some rooms have windows facing dead walls which could be an issue if you’re claustrophobic.

It was 2 star hotel. Havent seen any staff so not comment. It is quite small hotel no elevator. Room was clean. Namba is great location for literally everywhere

    The location was excellent.

The fact you had no reception you had to email to contact someone. The shower was so mouldy so discusting I had to email them about it they got it cleaned it was white finally but room are not serviced daily and the window looked to a brick wall. Felt like you were in prison. You had to get your amenities , towels from reception area leave your dirty ones out. We were there 5 nights and room got cleaned 3 times . Sorry I need daily the toilet needed cleaning badly as a really bad smell was coming from it. The bed needed serious update and quits were so yellow so old coming through you could see it. Just needs a big update and proper clean for price I paid. Was more like a one star not a 3 star.

Very central, close to train station, walk to Dotonbori, lots of eateries and shops close by. Check-in was just talking to someone through an Alexa speaker on the wall. Towels, pyjamas and amenities all provided. Family room is on the ground floor (no stairs) next to the bathrooms but the room itself also had it's own toilet. Roll your own futons out into the floor, space was a little cramped for a family of 5 + luggage but worked for a short stay. Hotel offered luggage storage (5 minute walk away from this location) but the staff at the luggage storage location was fantastic, they were meant to close at 5pm but he said he was there until 6pm so it was not a problem to pick up after 5.30pm. Otherwise all was good.

The aircon was very dusty and needed a clean. Was quite bad actually. We booked for 5 but only had 4 futons/sheet sets/pillows. We took an extra futon from the cupboard and overlapped the sheets to cover all 5 and the little one just used a soft toy he won on a claw machine for a pillow so we all could have one each. This might've just been an oversight by the staff setting up the room? But we were only there for one night so didn't complain or make a fuss.

Good location, reasonable price, comfy stay. Except that the room is still cold even with warmer, the cold air came in from the window and also no lift.

    7MorganPosted on: 2-28-2025

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location , the ease of check in/check out, the Traditional rooms and that they held our luggage for us. I didn't realise booking it that room 101 didn't come with a shower.

    2JoshuaPosted on: 2-24-2025

    The room was rather large

The room was dirty. The bed had very dense springs sticking out.

    6SarahPosted on: 2-3-2025

Close to station and walking distance to everything was good

The futon mattresses were super thin and uncomfortable family room was very tight with 3 kids

    9HelenPosted on: 2-2-2025

3 minute walk from Namba Station and easy to find which is a bonus after a long flight and train trip from airport. They also store luggage after checkout.

    Shortage of bath towels

    7SooPosted on: 1-20-2025

Super convenient location, near to an Anytime fitness and super near to most of the train lines. Walkable to Dotonbori area. Room is relatively well sound proofed. Easy to check in.

The toilet in my room was not well cleaned, pee smell fills the air in the toilet. I cleaned it up myself. There might be bed mites? I wake up on days with small bug bites here and there. But honestly with what I paid for I can’t complain.

    8JenanPosted on: 1-16-2025

I loved the incredibly convenient location, just across the road from one of the sides of Namba Station—it made getting around so easy. Also close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms were a decent size for Japan and came with thoughtful amenities like towels, slippers, a bathrobe, a comb, a razor, toilet paper, and a toothbrush, all available on the first floor. The tiny fridge in the room was a nice touch, and overall, the hotel provided everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

The lack of stairs could be a big issue—lugging suitcases up to the third floor could be a real struggle. There wasn’t much space to hang clothes, and with open suitcases, the room felt a bit tight. The TV only had Japanese channels, which wasn’t a huge deal but worth mentioning.

    8PuttianoPosted on: 12-29-2024

The hotel locates next to the Namba Nankai train station and not far from Shinsaibashi shopping street.

There is no elevator here in the hotel. (but staffs are very helpful to carry my parents' luggages to our rooms at 3rd floor.)

    9JinPosted on: 12-28-2024

Basin in the room. The room and shower are clean. Didn’t see staff but the checkin is easy to do online

    8OmPosted on: 12-26-2024

Good location.Checking in and out is easy. They provide support for leaving luggage upon arrival and departure (with reasonable conditions) .

** I booked a private room with a bathroom inside. There is no lift, so I do not recommend it if you have large luggage. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room on the first day. I think last customers is smoker. The heater isn’t very effective, but the bed is warm.

Close to the centre and room not small

Train connection, you have to change train to go many places out of the centre
