Great stay, wonderful staff, everything was just as expected.

Breakfast for good, but expecting more variety of fruits and some availability of some cheese next time.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The rooms were functional and the property itself met expectations for a stay of this length.

The hotel itself was clean and well-located, and most staff were professional.However, during my stay there were moments where interactions felt more personal than appropriate for a guest–staff context, which later created an awkward situation when boundaries were re-established.Clearer professional boundaries and consistency in guest interactions would help avoid misunderstandings and improve the overall experience.

The location was very nice, and I was pleased with the helpfulness of the staff during check-in. The staff are very polite and attentive. Overall, I liked it.

The rooms are unfortunately extremely small; I don't know how two people can stay in them. There isn't even a small chair to sit on, and the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to move around in. On top of that, the ventilation noise is incredibly annoying and cannot be turned off, so I couldn't sleep well for this reason.

Great place to stay within walking distance of Kawaramachi and all the amazing stores.

Got a ticket for a free beer at the basement hangout area.

It was affordable

It was run down and worn out looking. The room was not clean and the A/C smelled of mold.

The water pressure was strong

The blanket had some odor. Also, while I was taking a shower, some black particles fell. I couldn’t tell if they came from the water, from the shower wall, or from something else, but it was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable.

Room was small, A/C insufficient, very humid inside. It was a crammed room. No place where to leave luggages. Bathroom had no window.

Great hotel! Great rooms, very clean, very new, and very pretty! The staff was very friendly to us and maybe the only hotel in Japan where we could fully communicate in English. The hotel is just 2 minutes from a big supermarket, and the room had lots of space compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan.

Location could be a bit better as the closest subway was 15 minutes away from the hotel, but there are multiple buses nearby, so it's not a huge deal breaker.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly and helpful staff (allowed us to check in very early for only an additional 2,000 yen), large room, great amenities. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Osaka.

Everything was amazing, the room was a little bit more bigger than I think, the staff was very polite.

Is a little bit far from the metro station, if have a heavy luggage is a little uncomfortable but that’s all, can walk with no problem

Ok location - comfy pillows

We were put in a very inconvenient situation when checkin and requesting for luggage transfer. We asked the staff ahead of our arrival what is the time policy for that and were told it could be done upon checkout. Once at the hotel, we again asked how we could manage the transfer and were told to bring our luggage the next day at any time. When back at the hotel the same evening we asked again and were told it will take two days for a transfer and to Tokyo, meaning our suitcases will arrive once we leave Japan. The initial receptionist spoke no English and obviously didn’t give us the right info. We were forced to arrange luggage transfer with 7 Eleven at 1am in the morning. Everywhere else in Japan we went, transfer took 24h.

The facility kept our luggage while we were away, which was nice and saved us money renting out a locker in the city.

Small room

Very nice, clean and quiet. Good location, we walked to Osaka Castle and there is a large arcade close by where we had a yummy dinner.

We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast so nothing we didn’t like. It was 5-10 minute walk to the station which was a little far for us with our bags.

The room was tiny, no where to put anything and barely enough room to open a suitcase, it was a bit of a squeeze for two people

Breakfast was okay for the price, different variety on some days. Room space is decent for 3 people. Staff is also friendly and helpful

Room was okay but the restroom leaked everytime we used the sink or the shower. I could see the foam of my shampoo float on the area outside the bathtub and it would make the floor slippery. Hotel is also a good 5-10 min walk from the nearest subway station

Very good

Cleaning entered room while I was in a bath. Hotel guides say that they come only by request. Raised some questions on why they entered the room.
