The coffee and ice water in the lobby are helpful.

The hotel had terrible policies, they charged us $20 for a lost plastic key. The in-room amenities are in the lobby and you have to go down and get them. The staff is not that friendly The hallways and elevator were so hot. and the rooms smelled

The location is in Nipponbashi District and only a few minutes away from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. There are several train station nearby and the ones we took mostly were about a minute walk at most. There is also a 24/7 Lawson across the street.

The room and bathroom size. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos online. Barely any room for a suitcase, let alone two people.

Friendly staff, clean, good wifi

We loved everything! Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room wasn't too big, it was a good size for a couple and had pretty much everything one would need (toiletries, beddings, etc.). The room was neat, clean, and had more than enough outlets to charge electronics. Most importantly the location was safe and the not too far from the train station, mall, and Dontonbori! Red Roof Inn is now my "go-to" when staying in Osaka!

The location was the only thing that would make me book here again. It was super convenient and right around the corner from the kitchen street and fish market. We did enjoy the breakfast they provided from the restaurant next door. Only two choices, but so delicious! The staff was helpful and they provided a lot of toiletries and a charger to borrow since our luggage hadn't arrived yet.

The hotel is in need of some serious deep cleaning. It was so dusty by the tv and the hotel phone. It was extremely caked on as if it were there for years. We ended up opening the window at night because it felt so stuffy.
