karaksa hotel Osaka Namba

Complimentary breakfast and drinks, clean and large room. Everything was new!

The breakfast was lovely.

The room was very small but otherwise nice.

Good location and very clean

Room is tiny

Everything, I sleep so good. The room is big and clean. It’s a walking distance from dotonbori. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and also if I comeback this will be the hotel I will stay in.

Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba was the perfect choice for our stay in Osaka! The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from Dotonbori and surrounded by countless amazing places to eat as soon as you step outside of the hotel. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in connecting rooms that were clean and well maintained. We also really appreciated the amenities and the free beverages and snacks available in the lobby - a nice touch after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend for families looking for convenience, comfort, and great value in the heart of Osaka!

Close to Namba

Room was small and worn for the price, bottom of the bed skirt had red/brown stains on it and the floor corners had black stuff that looked like mold

Few min walk to dotonbori. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Friendly and helpful reception staffs. Staffs can speak English tooFree coffee tea and water and basic amenities and even hand warmers . Clean room

Pillow a bit flat and uncomfy.Small room for 3 person stay but doable as long as there are space to put our luggage bags

I liked that there was breakfast every morning, and that drinks and snacks are available all day. Location was also perfect

The location is excellent. It was very close to everything we wanted to see. Dotonburi was around the corner. The shopping alley very close. Don Quijote was conveniently close. Train stations were less than a five minute walk.

They closed off the entire dining area for the breakfast buffet. We bought pastries and could not find anyplace to sit and enjoy them with coffee and tea.

Good location, close by the shopping arcade

Staff is not fluent in English, it would be nice if the room is a bit bigger

good location, in popular place, gotemba erc

Nice hotel with short walking distances to great locations such as Dotomburi food streets areas and high end shopping stores . Away from noises ,

Hotel to add mores clothes hangers or fixtures in room

Location was perfect, it was close to many delicious place to eat and shopping. The staff where amazingly helpful, especially when sending luggage to next destination. Rooms were clean and comfortable, I got adjoining rooms, 3 beds each side and it's own bathroom ea side as well. Room was good size, accommodated 6 adults comfortably

I felt ac wasn't blowing out cooler, but wasn't a major drawback

Modern and very clean, close to all the shoppings . Best bed that we slept on during our Japan trip

Non

Receptionists , common area in lobby and Location

Very small rooms with no closet

Location is great, really close to Dotonbori within 5-minute walking distance. The room is comfortable and clean; the size is okay. The staff is all great they can communicate with English, they are really nice and helpful

the breakfast is so-so, but it is reasonable price, if your booking hasn't included for the breakfast yet, you can ask the front desk before.

I wouldn’t come and stay unfo

The room floors and bathroom was unnecessarily big with very old fashioned the room was cold but reception remote control helped

Staff and location

Room was very tight fit for three

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! The room was cozy and their breakfast had a wide selection of options, as well as free coffee/drinks. The hotel was also situated in a very nice area.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was great as well.

Having to pay so much to check in 1.5 hours early. We had 4 card keys to our room and lost one and it was 5 bucks. The hotel just nickel and dimed you. The breakfast was expensive for what it was and the food wasn't very good or fresh. It was like flying on Frontier airlines every turn was another charge. Will try somewhere else next time.
