Henn na Resort & Spa Kansai Airport

Ijooz orange juice station, streaming TV, and the shampoo and conditioner was nice and the pajamas were nice

I booked a room for 3 people and one person had to sleep on a uncomfortable fold out couch/chair and it did not come with a comforter or pillows when i requested pillows and comforter for the 3rd person I was given a small throw and told no on the pillow.

Location was good. If it's cold then walking from the airport could be tough otherwise location was good. Check in with the dinosaurs was pretty easy and checkout was easy too. No staff at the front desk for your information just replica dinosaurs. All in all a good stay.

The front desk was cool, the staff was fast and effective and very nice(we had to call)

The rooms smelt like body odor, we got moved from a really bad one to a faint smelling one. Something used for the beds was smelling bad or the person before us smelled bad.

The dinosaur front desk was awesome, easy to check-in and check-out.

It is too bad I have tattoo's and couldn't enter the onsen, but I understand and respect.

Even it it is near airport, it’s so far from the train station.

The location is very convenient. One stop from the Airport, about 10 minutes from a big supermarket and the Outlet centre. The onsen is great, and free for those who stay at the hotel. There is a food massage machine in the room too! I just think the bath in the hotel room is useless as everyone would go to the onsen instead. Breakfast with view of the ocean. Food was good enough.

The reception - I mean the two dino - were not that helpful and checking-in was not very easy. We survived that however. The real human staff are helpful though.

Location not close to Rinku Town Station & not easy to locate the hotel, room small and breaksfast is dull and not good foods! Not worth the money I paid for it!

Located close to airport which is why I chose it. Front check in was cool and different w the animatronic dinosaurs talking to you. But no one to help hardly. My room reeked of like curry or Bo or something badly.. I had a very difficult time getting to sleep due to the smell and hardness of the bed, middle of the night I discovered I could open the window and I managed to sleep another couple hours on the rock hard bed. Reasonably clean and the projector tv was cool.

The only good thing about this place is the big 24hr supermarket located closeby.

The room was DISGUSTING. Floor had brown stains, dust everywhere. The entire room had a smell of dirty carpet. There was NO shuttle service to the airport or station.

The location to the station and the view was nice. The restaurant was lovely and the staff at the restaurant were very kind and allowed us to hang out and enjoy a meal even though there were signs posted about no tattoos allowed.

The room was extremely dirty and smelled awful of body odor. The floor was dirty, there was dust everywhere, the little seat by the window is disgustingly covered in stains, and we were discriminated for tattoos and could not use the onsen but had to pay the onsen tax. The beds were very uncomfortable and people walking/jogging outside could see into our room, which is very weird. We could not check in early so we waited at the restaurant until check-in time. Then we had to wait in a ridiculously long line due there not being any human staff to direct people where to go, so even though we were there 3 hours early some random people walked in right at check-in time and cut in front of everyone else who were obviously sitting and waiting for a long time and then they took 15 minutes to check-in. We stood around the lobby waiting for almost 40 minutes while others tried to figure out how to check-in. We did the check-in process online while sitting in the restaurant so we had a QR code and took 2 minutes to get our key compared to everyone else’s 10-15 minutes to check-in. There should be a separate line for people who did their online check-in.

Onsen not tattoo-friendly

Walking distance to train terminal. Nice boardwalk along the waterfront. The on-sen was great. Could have been a little cleaner.

No "real" customer service at front desk. Dinosaurs a novel touch for check-in, but every time you needed someone at the front desk, you had to pick up a phone to get them to come out. And not very friendly by Japanese standards at all.

Close to airport and had a good onsen and price was very good

No check in staff, everything is automatic and that is sometimes difficult for me

The hotel has a very convenient location near Kansai Airport, which makes travel easy. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room felt a little small and basic for the price. Some of the facilities could be better maintained, and check-in could be smoother.

The onsen was great and it was close to KIX airport

It over an hour train ride away from anything in Osaka

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel.

I HATED EVERYTHING about this hotel, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere, staff were rude and disrespectful. Refused to help in every way. The hotel was so hot, and humid, the beds and pillows were not just hard, but truly uncomfortable. You couldn’t get phone service or cab service and when you tried to get assistance from staff your told they can’t help that you have to do it. You shouldn’t have to be greeted by dinosaur robots that only speak Japanese. The check in monitors were also in Japanese so you had to call staff to get help. You can’t check in early even when you say you will pay you are stranded for hours until what they consider early check in, no taxi service early morning to get to airport and if you walk outside after you check out your locked out of the hotel, you have to buy from vending machines if you want coffee and there’s only 1 tea bag per person no sugar or cream. Worst vacation I ever had

We had a 10hr layover at Osaka Airport. This little gem of a spa is just one subway stop away. We were able to relax in the amazing onsen and rest before a long international flight.

Absolutely nothing

Delicious breakfast, wonderful pajamas, friendly and helpful staff, fun dinosaurs! Conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and shopping centers.The washer/dryer was also a lifesaver after we got caught in heavy rain that soaked our suitcases through to our clothes.

Room was very small and beds were too firm for my liking.

The location.... To the Kansai Airport made it a better option in terms of cost compared to staying at KIX. Also.... If you needed to get change because you have only big bills (10k yen).... The desk offers the chance to get change to pay for the parking there since it doesn't take 10k bills.

I don't remember seeing anything saying that the parking terminal doesn't take big bills.
