The Onsen Facility and its location.
The bathroom that is combined with toilet is ridiculously small. It’s so tiny that it made impossible for us tall people to close the door whenever we do our business in the toilet.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when I ran into issues using the dryer. There were also free breakfast rice ball bento vouchers for each night of the stay given. The spa was very quiet so it was very relaxing using the facility.
The hotel WiFi had 2 channels. One didn't allow access.

There is an onsen on the 14th floor which is a big plus after a day full of walking.
They did not have vegetarian breakfast option and did not provide a refund. The breakfast is actually a lunch box. Even though they are claim to clean every day, it seems that they only provide amenities and clean very superficially. They are is dust in many places.
Location is very good, quiet and inexpensive. The spa is fantastic, it has sauna ,indoor and out door bath. I enjoyed very much.
My quilt cover had not been changed since the date I checked in, I only discovered on the 7th day that was dirty and cover by body fluids. When I complained, they changed it straight away. So please check your bedding after checking in.

located in a very peaceful area, and 5 mins walk to the shopping arcade, a big park, kids plaza Osaka. the hot bath on the top floor is very nice. The staff was very kind and caring.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. While I was waiting in the lobby for 3:00pm to arrive, a staff member approached me to say I could check in early.

There was no mention of a cleaning fee on website or at check in information. No English translation anywhere in room. Rooms weren't cleaned as we didn't get told. Had to swap towels at front desk ,meaning we had to carry our wet, dirty towels down each day. The halls were always freezing and our heating was never consistent.
