The Premium Hotel In Rinku

it's clean.

walking to it from the train station with luggage wasn't pleasant. It's not their fault. It's city lacking the handy cap access. AC had only cooling and not heating. It was warn enough but can't control temp.

I think the room is spacious, perfect for packing before returning home and near shopping rinku outlet and if you have car this hotel is suitable for parking lot.

I think breakfast selection was a bit limited, maybe there weren't many guests on the day I stayed.

The distance to Premium outlet is short.

There is no Bed in my room. I am too old to sleep on the floor.

Relatively convenient for a late night arrival from Kansai airport

Close to the airport but a bit of a walk from Rinku Town Station and for meals. Will take at least an hour to get to the city

Nearby Shoping Mall and Rinku beach walking 5 minutes to both interaction, Love this place

the location is good for outlets

the staff consists to checking you in at 3 pm even you arrived 30 mins before checking in. the step of the toilet is too high.

There's a middle-aged man who was not very friendly towards my friend when she asked if we could check in earlier, which is like just 15 min earlier. He was rather rude and replied with an irritated tone that check-in time was 3pm. Other than him, the rest of the staff are all very welcoming and friendly.

Super hotel, little far from Rinku Town station (behind the Outlet). Not far from Kansai Airport - about 11 min. by train.

Very easy access to the airport.Just next to the Premium Shopping Outlet & restaurants.

The location was perfectly perfect to my situation, Wanted to shop and then head to the airport

The male staff didn’t help, when I speak one of the staff( I think he was the manager, he didn’t even lift his head up and talked back to me,I needed a vacuum to take the air out from the clothes plastic bags, but nope he said DAME ?The toilet smelled SO BAD as if it wasn’t clean

Not so much public transport (bus or train) from rinku town station to the hotel. 900 meter by walk

The room was spacious, and property was quiet at night. It is a good business hotel with decent price range. The staff were polite and spoke excellent English.

I was not satisfied with the location. To be fair, I booked this hotel thinking it would be very accessible to Kansai Airport. There are in fact other hotels better suited for that purpose. However, if visiting premium outlets is your aim then this is a great location.

Good location ; very near rinku premium outlet just cross the road. The room was big.

The bathroom is too high as normal. The staffs are not told you anything we booked a room for 2 people but in the room has only 1 bed and another you have to manage the mattress on the floor they put it in the cupboard ( the staff was not told). The heater in the room is not enough space of the whole room , it’s working good but in the other side ( the mattress area) was very cold.

It's close to Kansai International Airport Osaka seven minutes taxi (bridge toll), and Rinku Town Outlet and shopping centre with games arcade, restaurants, Big Wheel, Marble Beach. The Hotel is very good all over, manga library, high standard amenity, friendly services, probably good English skills for non Japanese guests. Good value for money and lovely stay.

They have a gown but few button missing and lovely duvet but covers button missing too. Only minor things. Restaurant has limited opening hours, but a 24/7 convenience store nearby.
