Decent location

Staff were not the most helpful, could not really understand English well

The location was excellent, easy access to the subway stations as well as tons of hobby shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable as well as the blanket and its cover continuing to open up throughout the night.

Amazing location! Walkable to stations, attractions, manga shops, dotonburi nightlife. Single room was small, typical for Japan, but modern and useful. Small fridge was nice. Lighting options. Bathroom was great. Bad was comfy. Breakfast is nice too

Window was not able to be open for air, view to the floor's balcony. Staff seemed confused with some of my questions, their English could be better

The staff was AMAZING. The breakfast was plentiful. Overall the accommodations were fine.

The rooms were dated, bed was extremely firm.

The room with the extra living space was huge. Very comfortable for a stay longer than a few nights. Room was clean. Not too far to walk from Namba station or Nipponbashi station. Close to the market and shopping areas

Staff were ok, not as friendly as other hotels in Japan that we stayed at.

Location is splendid, 2 minutes from dendentown, 8 minutes from Namba station.

Staff, specifically the man named Chin who could speak Chinese and English, appeared grumpy and frustrated when I tried to deposit my luggage early in the morning. Amenities were fine, but for the price I paid and for being a 3 star hotel, requiring guests to pay for toothbrushes is unacceptable.

Location was awesome and staff were fantastic! AC was perfect and they have a breakfast buffet option if you want.

I'm from Bali. The staffs' hospitality reminds me of my hometown.Overall, it's beyond my expectation! Good value for money, good location, super friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again and again every time I'm in Osaka. I'll recommend it to my friends and family in Bali. Ōkini.

Location. Five to 10 minute walk from train station. The hotel room was adequate.

Breakfast. I understand, I'm 76 and I've learned that I can only eat certain foods for breakfast, mainly eggs and yogurt with fresh fruit. Their eggs were horrific (possibly powered), and the yogurt was okay but the fruit looked like canned fruit cocktail, the awful stuff we have in America. I couldn't eat any of that. Juice and coffee was all I had. All the Japanese foods looked wonderful, but I've tried to eat this food for breakfast and it doesn't work for me. However, my wife loved it and so did the Japanese people who were there. I would have loved eating this for lunch or supper but not breakfast.

I stayed for 9 nights and only given 1 day to clean my room. Only 1 pillow was provided.

The hotel is great for it's price. Room space was enough for 2 people and it was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were accommodating. They also provide free coffee at the reception area.Location is very accessible, it is near a train station, restaurant and various shops. We specifically like that it is near hobby stores, for my husband and I are anime fans. There were also a lot of good small restaurants near the hotel, you just need to walk around to find it.Great value for money. Will keep this hotel in mind the next time we visit Osaka.

The staff were friendly. The room was small but functional. The location was great. The soundproofing seemed all right too as I was not disturbed by other guests at all during the night I stayed there.

The room could have been a little more maintained. There seemed to be some wear and tear on the furniture/walls/flooring/etc. that showed the hotel's age.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Namba and Denden town. The room was spacious enough for a Japanese hotel room and quiet for the location. The staff were helpful.

Unfortunately the room felt unclean, we found many hairs on the floor, and there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom which we could not get rid of. Amenities such as toothbrushes and razors came with a price, which was a disappointment coming from our previous hotels in Japan.

Great space for a family, excellent staff at Reception, easy parking within a couple minutes walk. The stay was almost perfect.

The location was an easy walk from the Namba train station. It was also well located for walking around and checking out all the shops. Free wifi was nice and the AC worked very well. The overall size of the room was nice for a single traveler.

The room was not clean when I checked in. There was a used face cleaner bottle in the shower, long black hairs on the floor and shower. The made me think they didn't clean anything. I also paid for the breakfast which was not worth it. You can easily go to a nearby shop and get a better breakfast for less money.
