Pros +
- The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very good. Room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Train station was not too far away and easy to get into the town.
- Value for your money. We liked that the room was spacious and very well equipped, the bed was comfortable. Very good breakfast (traditional and western style as well), the afternoon lounge with snacks and juice is also very nice! Location is good, few minutes from Juso station, perfect for day trips by Hankyu Line (Kyoto, Minoh can be reached without change)
- Breakfast was okay. Free covered parking in a decent location easily accessible to the main city.
Cons -
- Our bedroom was smoke odor free but the hallway on level five stunk of cigarettes as did the reception area. The neighborhood felt a little bit seedy however there were some nice shops around and a covered arcade with lots of local owners.
- Nothing that is about the property. Rather that keep in mind when booking this hotel that Hankyu line cannot be used by the Osaka Eco Card metro pass… still you can get back from downtown by local bus.
- Hotel was a little hard to find. Breakfast options were limited but manageable.

Hotel was a little hard to find. Breakfast options were limited but manageable.
Comfortable room with good amenities for skin caring, free on-site parking, smart TV, convenient stores and many restaurants nearby.
Limited choice of food for breakfast
There's a don don donkey opens till late nearby.
The reception staff who received us upon check in was rude and cold. Breakfast must attend during the fixed time frame.
No shoes allowed in the room made it feel like it ensured cleanlieness from the outside and reminded me of home. The amenities provided were very luxurious feeling with the skin cleaners and bath soaks.
Comfortable but small room. Clean and functional bathroom with many nice little extras. Decent buffet breakfast, but the exactly the same for both mornings and with the same shortcomings as every hotel buffet breakfast everywhere in the world: some stuff is good, some stuff is weird, and some stuff is familiar but cold.Generally good value for the money, though, and the room was very quiet. We slept great.
A lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway was a turnoff.
Room is private an clean with all amenities. Breakfast is great and varieties but customer have to schedule time to have breakfast due to limit dining area. Free parking lot is available near hotel. Recommend for couple. Location is near from some adult hotels but it is private and do not noisy.
The hotel is very well located… few meters from Juso Station… the staff was amazing, the cleanness’s was perfect!!! I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay!!! Definitely will come back!!!
Everything was perfect!!
Superb experience. Everything was so good. Lots of amenities in the room. Liked everything.
Breakfast menus weren’t refilled regularly, even after one of the customer requested. So if hotel can take care of this, it’s a real nice hotel to stay.
Clean, amazing breakfast lots of choice.
